Looking at the possible line up I think league 1 looks a tough proposition next year.

Oddly I'm more worried about the promoted sides than the ones getting relegated from the Championship..

Wigan walked it last season in the end and Blackburn surely will be tough... not that we will be there to experience it! Blackburn or Barnet... depresssing thought!

I don't get it. You're above us with a game in hand and I think we've got half a chance of getting out of it.

Why don't you lot?

In the last 6 seasons we've been relegated 3 times and promoted twice. 3 of which have happened on the final day of the season!

I honestly pity the likes of Oldham, must be very boring!

Can't win away, homes against the top 2, injuries now at a crazy level and have took zero points from the bottom 2.

That must be why the Keepmoat is bulging every game
It's a strange obsession you have with our attendance. I mean who cares anyway? Nerd. :giphy:

For a club with Leeds and the two Sheffield clubs on the doorstep they really aren't that bad.

Congratulations on your promotion. Must feel great to do it so early.
Though I'm sure it's a long way off the time you pipped Brentford though.

I thought Fergie was the worst manager you've ever had?

I don't think I have ever commented on a single thread concerning Doncaster before - why would I?

Really? Wigan have a better side than the one they went up with, and I can't see any of their players being poached by championship sides, maybe Dan Burn... also will have a better manager I expect. I'd expect them to come straight back up. Blackburn if they come down it's hard to say because they're a bit of a mess off the field, but they've put in a few performances under Mowbray and if they keep that side together they'll be alright. Rotherham again it's tricky because of Warne and we don't really know how good he is, then there's us and if we keep Johnson we'll struggle and be fighting relegation like we were in 13/14. Our side will get raided.

If you blow it now you deserve to go down. Cruise control, surely.

Nah we're still favourites to go down imo mate, we have Blackburn away next week and we're shockingly bad away from home.

Come on, you can't be favourites. Draw that and you're home and hosed. Good win yesterday as well.

Johnson In!

Was a dire game yesterday mate, two shit sides but an important three points.

How do you rate your chances of survival then? You're hitting form at the right time, I reckon you'll do it. Not an awful run in either. Your side on paper is so much better than your position, Williams is a bit of a dick isn't he?

Williams, Johnson peas in a pod. Feel a bit of sympathy for Williams as he seems to be the fall guy for Power and Sherwood's lack of interest.

Yesterday we should have been well beaten, tbh. Home to Wimbledon Friday which is a must win.

With Power remaining at the CG I can't see much of a future. He's a villain.

I might be wrong but haven't Donny still go a lot of players in their squad who was relegated from this division last season? If so they'll have to recruit well if they're gonna be challenging for another promotion.

No way are you favourites. QPR, Barnsley and Birmingham at home. Very winnable games.

Nice one Donny

Ferguson a good manager for you capable of doing something next year or do Doncaster just have a much better team than the rest of league 2?

They have John Marquis, who we should've signed two years ago and is a good League One striker that Millwall fucked about with. Big part of their success this year, and will do well next season wherever he ends up.

Difficult to judge, I just imagine Pompey and Plymouth having the financial clout to do some damage, and Donny have momentum + an experienced manager.

Blackburn have an investment issue, so depends on how many players move on. Wigan equipped for this level I guess, think Rovrum may struggle initially.

I seem to remember a similar post from you when you came into this division from the championship and you were right, you did in fact only pass through

Think Rovrum might struggle full stop. Their points tally and goal difference is alarming to put it mildly. Their stadium holds 12000 and would have been less than half full without away support. Pathetic for a club that is supposedly bigger than Millwall.

Fuckin Bradford tho, nowhere getting over 50% capacity crowds till they were selling ten bob season tickets. As for us we average around 8k home fans without away support so your rather on a wind up or really bad at maths. Bigger than Millwall yeah right who's told you that one and are you really gullible to believe that.

Tbh, I thought Bolton would struggle this year. seen as a basket case with huge financial problems. Someone's done a good job there.
