As has been said before, just play the Pizza games on those Saturdays. If clubs are without a few players for that who cares?
We have to play the FA Cup replays without them!

We couldn't.
Its not called off because of us next week but losing Sinisalo, Harper and Wildschut would have been a big blow against you.

How's Yanic doing for you?

And back to the subject at hand, international weeks are great when looking to appoint a new manager. :bg:

Yanic is actually not doing too badly. He should probably start in front of the hapless Scott.

And now Muskwe has gotten injured on international duty. I mean, he’s been hopeless so far for us, but that now leaves us with James Scott as our only main ‘striker’. Anyone playing us before January will have three points in the bag.

But we're not playing you until February, unless they get their act together and bother to rearrange the postponed game

We are going to be playing in July at the rate we are having games postponed, Charlton will be off Jan 6th to add to the two we've got to rearrange so far, we've got the Lincoln home game set to be postponed in February for the Carabao Cup Final and the Wigan game for the BSM Cup Final and the FA Cup R4, 5, 6 and Semi weekends, plus the Burton away game is also International weekend in March!

Bonkers being cup kings and all that treble madness!

Getting knocked out of all the cups helps!

Ah you are right I wrongly thought they had rearranged it before the end of the year. Feb is better we might have JCH by then..

Takes us on average about 30 years to build one, are you sure?
Ours is now 26 years into its build, soon be catching up the Sagrada Familia!

Only two games in L1 today so little point in a new thread.

We're at Stevenage, which is a baptism of fire for Skubala coming up against an Evans side in his first game - a little different from U21 football.

The side basically picks itself. We're now short on defensive options as well as up front because Roughan is on international duty and O'Connor is suspended for three games. Not enough physicality or willingness to stick their head on things in the team we'll have to select.

Evans gets his fifth card of the season, but they go fourth so he won't care.
Shrews lose again on the road, the good news is they have us for their next away game..

Shrews obviously copped a bit of a tonking today though Blackpool do look like quietly positioning themselves quite nicely. Maybe a bit of pressure on their manager if they lose to us next weekend. Have to see what if any reaction he is able to get from them.

Issue it seems is scoring goals - only 10 so far. And three were in one game.
Fortunately it’s a really shit league this season, so you only really need to string a few wins together to be mid table.
Blackpool I still think will grab automatic.

Won 1-0 today vs Lincoln. Deserved win in the end, first half was poor, very little in it. Big credit to Steve Evans, made a couple of changes at half time and second half we were much improved.

Good shout on Blackpool i was impressed with them last week. Will certainly get in the play-offs, but i dont see them getting one of the two automatic places

Yeah, exactly how i saw the game. We played on the front foot first half, playing some nice football without creating many chances. Lots of crosses in etc, with no one on the end. Stevenage were poor.

2nd half, some tweaks were made and we couldn't handle Stevenage. A very scrappy goal, but Stevenage deserved the win. Game opened up in final 10 as we were going for the equaliser and Stevenage had more chances they somehow missed, compared to rest of the game.

Ah man. I hate meeting a team that are on a bit of a poor run. I thought Shrewsbury might struggle this season but the Shrews fan on here assured me that they were a play off team. Looking at their team in comparison to ours and I see nobody better but they'll be wanting to put yesterday right so as always we'll have to be on it.

Shrewsbury are shit even we beat them!!

They're just a small club at this level so they won't be missed when they go down.

Away from home we look much better performance wise so one we should be looking to get that elusive win in if we can take chances! Just tell the lads it’s a cup game!

23 goals between us in 34 league games though suggests it won’t be a classic! Might be one for the no score draw in the pools!

Win would really settle us and build on a really good few weeks and performance levels in the cup competitions.
