Bollocks, left it too late for the Football Special to MK and it's sold out.

Think my other option is catching a 6am train, think I can get a return for £37 with my railcard. Don't want to be messing about with the coaches.

Edit - Make that £49 return now.

Train>Coach any day. Worth the extra.

Aye someone has posted something on PNE online that i'm going to look into, I might be able to do it for £35. Just £8 more than the special and I can drink on the train, leaving at a reasonable time too.
I'm with SF on this one.

After an operation earlier this year I have given up the demon drink - but, come on, football away days and booze are grand bedfellows

You get some absolute cock cannons at football that turn up having drunk their weight in beer and then being absolute trumpets and irritating the fuck out of most other people.

I'm up for a few beers before and after the game but I don't see the attraction in trying to get absolutely shit panelled.

I'd rather have the option to drink on the train but i'm pretty sure I could last 1hr and 40m without consuming alcohol.

Because some people go to actually watch the football. I realise that might be an alien concept to you.

Boring as shit going to away games without having a full day on the lash but each to there own not for me though dry trains or supporters coaches

Drinking then stopping for a couple of hours never appeals to me. Makes me sleepy at the grand old age of 26. Rather have a curry beforehand and begin a night out afterwards.

I'd suggest several rows back. I tend to achieve great distance.

Not watched us very often have you?

Some of the ootball we served up under Wilson (2nd season), Weir and Clough early on this season was enough to turn a new born child to alcohol

Unfortunately I missed our 5-2 win earlier in the season!

But yes, I do take your point!

Big night tonight then, we really need to pick up 3 points tonight with a trip to MK on Saturday. We've won 5 on the bounce and kept clean sheets in all of them but I just feel we are very shaky at home (better recently) and we may well drop points tonight.

Think Bristol City will draw at Orient but can't see anything other than home wins for MK and Swindon who will want to stop their recent shit runs.

Could be a lot tighter at the top after tonight.

It's funny how form can be perceived though. We win tonight and its 7 from 9 with Notts home at the weekend.

We need to be winning these two to crank up the pressure. Also need to be maintaining the gap between us and Sheffield United.

Stuck a four fold on Sheffield Utd, Swindon, MK and Preston. So either I get £48 or someone drops points
Yep, that's the way for me now for the rest of the season

Great set of results for us today, leaves an 11 point cushion over MK and 7 over preston if they were to win their game in hand
