Signed Tony Yogane on loan from Brentford for the season. I know absolutely sod all about him, but seems like one of those loan players I could very easily fall in love with. Again.
Hartridge? Similar haircuts. There are still a few who we've speculated might be GA targets:
David Wheeler: good utility player
Ryan Tafazolli: decent ball-playing CB, not much pace and injury-prone, but on his day a strong defender
Brandon Hanlan: Bustling forward, ungainly but pacey and can knock opposition defenders out of the way, he often looks like he doesn't know what he's going to do next which can bamboozle not only himself but also the defenders he's up against, Wrexham were in for him before he went and got broken.
Matt Butcher: Actually a Bloomfield signing, but a strong defensive midfielder who has (possibly unfairly) struggled for minutes this season
All would be decent (but not spectacular) signings at this level.
Lewis Warrington joins Salford on loan for the rest of this season.
Wellens hadn't used him for two months and hooked him at half time in a few games.
Didn't think he was THAT bad when he did play and he did contribute to some points and wins we got, but for whatever reason he never got going here. He is contracted to us for another year as well.
Shaq Forde reminds me a lot of Hanlan so far. Headless chicken that runs into trouble. You'll still be local enough for him to get his mum to cook for him thoughBe interesting to see if Brandon Hanlan is back on our radar, I know we tried to sign him a few years back but he picked Wycombe over us.
Had some bad injuries it seems in his time there and we're in the market to buy a striker, he fits our profile and Wellens style of play.

We've enquired about Gassan at Charlton and Moxon at Pompey, apparently. Both would be loans.
If they'd just loan us all of their ex-Us, we'd probably be fine! We've enquired about Gassan at Charlton and Moxon at Pompey, apparently. Both would be loans.
He's not made an appearance since 29/12 so would suggest he's out of favour.very decent strike rate for you last time I guess, though he is getting at least some game time at Charlton.
He's definitely out of favour although I'd be surprised to see him loaned out. It's not worked for him at all here but we are just one injury away from needing him. He's also injured atm, not clear how serious it is as Jones never gives anything awayWe've enquired about Gassan at Charlton and Moxon at Pompey, apparently. Both would be loans.
We love an injured player so must be nailed on.He's definitely out of favour although I'd be surprised to see him loaned out. It's not worked for him at all here but we are just one injury away from needing him. He's also injured atm, not clear how serious it is as Jones never gives anything away
My understanding is the bulk of the fee is add ons that will likely never be paid but even so it's been a disaster of a transfer and the upfront fee is still too high. We don't have a large transfer budget and it was the bulk of the money we got from selling May used on him. We were desperate for a target man but had our pants pulled downWe love an injured player so must be nailed on.
I always thought it was an odd move from yourselves. As for the fee? Criminal.
Is that all? Our record is a billion! OK a billion Tanzanian schillings but still a billion.600k alone without the add ons was still very steep, we thought we may have a chance to get him back but that's more than double our record fee paid and that was 35 years ago!
He also is a tireless worker and runner and will happily lead a press for you if that’s what you do and is needed. He’s not fast but can be mobile out of possession if you get what I mean.
He’s clearly not championship level anymore but he was always a decent finisher in the box
I always found it a bit strange with him as his shooting technique can look a bit strange and unappealing but he’s a great finisher. Pleased he’s started well thereA guy whose lad is in the youth team posts on our forum. Apparently in a few hours of training on Friday, Collins had over 50 shots, put one wide and the keepers only saved a few.
Scored one today with a very composed chipped finish and very nearly had a second, and he only came on at 65mins.
How many strikers will that be on the books? 7 or 8?The current rumours at our place are that we've moved on from Michael Smith from Sheff Wednesday (can't deal with their nut job owner) and are now interested in Sam Smith from Reading and Cauley Woodrow from Luton.
Generally the rumours about our transfer targets tend to turn out to be way off. Although Ryan Longman was rumoured a while before he signed so maybe we are getting more leaky.

Another roll of the dice from Parky.
I get it to be honest. I think you have a great opportunity to get in the top 2, an extra something might be the difference.Currently 5- Palmer, Marriott, Mullin, Fletcher and Faal. But Fletcher is 38 in March and realistically has he got another season in him? Faal is some way off the first team. Palmer has done OK this season but isn't really at this level.
We've got Sam Dalby on loan at Dundee Utd but he's leaving in the summer. Jake Bickerstaff at Altrincham (not good enough). Billy Waters has been sold to Oldham.
We can't rely on our National League players forever. Got to evolve the squad.
I think that's right and I do think we are trying to improve areas of the squad for this very reason. Too good a chance to go up not to give it a go.I get it to be honest. I think you have a great opportunity to get in the top 2, an extra something might be the difference.
Birmingham will probably win it. Not the Harlem Globetrotters of League One their fans fancied though. Just got the best squad, with quality there to get enough easy, routine wins and pick up consistent points.
Wycombe looked the best side I've seen all season but they've been disrupted by the manager leaving, losing players they had on loan, bids coming in for their key men.
Huddersfield didn't look great when we played them, they have spent big money this window but not sure you should overly fear them.
Nobody else has a chance of automatics, wouldn't surprise me if you nicked in there behind Birmingham.
You offered Smith a two year dealThe current rumours at our place are that we've moved on from Michael Smith from Sheff Wednesday (can't deal with their nut job owner) and are now interested in Sam Smith from Reading and Cauley Woodrow from Luton.
