What about the delusions though - of course, we all know Town were top of the championship on the day England beat Germany 5-1, but I still think of that as our rightful place - the "black and white boom days" - Bournemouth, Burnley, Huddersfield and Hull...60 or 70 places above us, that just can't be right...

I'd say that's a pretty poor allocation but ours aren't much higher.

Last time we visited Sincil Bank there was 1,627 home fans, so in short they'll be close to 4 glory hunters to every 1 regular supporter

1409 now given used to be around 1800 but the segregation is now in the Stacey west stand and using lower block 7 for home fans again in the coop stand.
The ground holds 10130 so as long as the away fans get the minimum 10% we wont get in trouble.

They are not glory hunters, they have just been busy on Saturdays doing shopping and DIY round the home since 1976 when Graham Taylor was manager. The style of football hasn't changed in that time so it feels like they haven't missed anything much

Only 6900 home crowd aswell whereas when we played them on boxing day that time there was 18000 there so shows how bad each club is doing both on the pitch and off it. I don't even think we will have 100 at Luton on Tuesday.
