Dreadful away following let’s be real.

You probably need to blame NCFC for that. Those respective performances at Meadow Lane would naturally put many Donny fans off travelling for the next away game.

Either that or there was a short notice change to the kick off time

FGR are a bigger name than many in this league! Plus we are utter crap so a very good chance of 3 points! I’ve noticed you seem to have a weird thing about FGR Alfie whoever you are! quite a few digs you give out to us. You don’t for clubs like Salford who’s away support is pathetic compared to ours.
My comment was in admiration towards the Notts supporters who recorded the 2nd highest attendance on day against a club rock bottom of table with one of the lowest support in the EFL.

If County had been playing Grimsby or Mansfield it would have been a non-story. Both those clubs bring large numbers to their away games.

Thank you Alfie for the kind and accurate words. Over 9500 home fans on a Friday night against not the most attractive opposition, especially if the Notts fans who attended can recall the rare borefest in the reverse fixture earlier this season.

In years gone by, when playing shit football, under shit owners with an inspirational manager this fixture at this level would have attracted about 5500 home fans. It's worlds apart thanks to the Danes Bros. It's frankly unbelievable.

I have seen 800 Tranmere on official Tranmere twitter ( not 750)

800 travelling fans were there to witness our 2-0 victory.

Crawley pull themselves off the bottom and Stockport are making a charge trying to make top three, but Wrexham are stretching their lead and can't be caught.

Back in the 70's and early 80's I don't think you brought any more than a couple of hundred so I wouldn't be too disappointed.
The prices aren't too popular with home supporters either but I guess someone at the club has weighed it all up before coming up with them and in the grand scheme of following a club away what real difference does an extra four or five quid make?

I didn't bother & neither did any of the people I go with, Notts County was a step too far, can't remember last time I missed a local away game but in the day of IPTV & quite a few events planned over xmas, i really couldn't be arsed, strangely last Friday was one of the very few days I had nothing planned & I was not tempted to make the short drive at any point.

Fair play to the Dons fans, great numbers and singing all game in the pissing rain on the open terrace. We really should give away fans the covered North Stand until we move, if we ever do.

I’m demanding a steward’s enquiry into that Notts figure. The ticket numbers sold on the website were well past 1100 at close of play and Notts themselves said we had sold half of a 2100 allocation.

Certainly felt like a fair few more than 800 odd however much that means.

800 odd seemed right to me. There were a lot of gaps, and our SLO team on twitter said you'd sold 780 just prior to kick off.

Mansfield had just shy of a 1000 last season I believe and it looked much more healthy than that, then again we all bunched up and created something called an atmosphere.

Using the 864 Notts figure, they hold on to second place, but Bradford City are making a charge sneaking into third place

Suspect our average will take a bit of a hit over the next few week.

Colchester, Swindon, Wrexham, and Barrow to come.

Col: 400-500
Swindon: 600-800
Wrexham: 1,100 sell out
Barrow: 650 sell out

We then have Accrington, which we’ll prob sell whatever they give us (2,500-3,000).

Then Harrogate, Grimsby and Salford. All sell outs, but low allocations.

Barrow allocate 900 odd I think now.

So Crewe fans, how many do you think you will bring to Mansfield on Saturday. 500? , 600?

I did see they only asked for 600 initially, you’d gotta be bringing four figures surely?

Won't be that many, I don't think I can ever remember us taking more than 500 to Mansfield, whereas the Nottingham teams, Chesterfield, Derby and Burton we've taken over 1000 too.

Plus most of our fans are expecting we will get battered.

Pretty short trip, your in the play-offs, Donny just got a point in our most recent home fixture, if it’s only 500 I think that’s very, very poor.
