Neither left. They were both OOC. Doyle, apart from his family situation, must be cursing the move. Back to the Bradford style and getting dog’s abuse. Isgrove wasn’t offered a better contract than he was on and we needed someone who was guaranteed not to be crook for half the season. He had very few takers which is why he had to return to the basement. He has been badly advised, though, as his old contract with us was more than the capped contract with you.

Big club, small club - makes no difference if you’re pointless and goal-less and leaking thousands in wages for zero return.

Josh Key will be going for mils soon, and once he goes, the next one will step up.

To be fair the are many who have been badly advised and will find themselves out of work.
I go on Boltons main forum and do not see any Doyle abuse......we are a fair lot and most know Doyle will come good.
Rumblings of Evatt getting it because of his selections.

So how come you went into admin and are currently tumbling into non league? It’s even more of an indictment that you’ve had PL millions, player sales and, I’ll take your word for it, academy players sold for vast sums and are currently bottom of the entire football pyramid.

I’d imagine Exeter fans are happy to be a stable football club that isn’t forever on the edge of some shysters pulling the plug and plunging their club into oblivion.

Last time you gave a few examples of players that were from your 'academy', they turned out not to be.

We got back to back promotions with this format early on, and have since been around the play offs, including 3 Wembley finals in the last 4 years. Very capable of functioning like this and making it league 1, and potentially further if our academy keeps producing these gems, which it no doubt will.

We had 7 academy graduates in our team on the weekend.

2 of our academy graduates are currently playing in the premier league, another one captains a championship side and Jay Stansfield just scored 22 goals last year for Fulhams academy, who they poached from us a year ago, and just won an award for them.

Our academy is doing just fine and ticking over nicely.

Theres a saying those that laugh last laugh longest.....We have been mismanaged and we let good players leave for nothing in the past.
Even last summer we let Luca Connell go to Celtic for 100k.
That thankfully is now stopped and we have good owners the infrastructure is in place. This club is debt free and will rise

Stoke smashed Bolton 5-0 at Wembley in the semi finals like 10 years ago.
