Bad news for League 2 fans, Danny Hylton's injury isn't as bad as we feared last weekend.

He probably won't play tomorrow, but you never know he might be back for next weekend.

Yes I was really worried about that.

So according to Notts County's chairman on Football Focus, they want to be promoted to the Championship by 2020.

So if they get promoted this season (which isn't anywhere near guaranteed), they want to go through League 1 in 2 years.

Not saying its not possible, but surely that can't really be done without spending a shed load of cash?

Did Yeovil and Burton have a load of money when they got to the championship?

It’s possible, but personally I’m not too sure they will go up this season. One step at a time.

Someone on one of our boards says County are losing 1.8 million a year. Is that true?

We have changed our defence and it’s absolutely gifted Colchester two of the worst goals you could possibly concede. Essentially both times they’ve been in our box they’ve scored.

Late equaliser for Vale. Really slack that we found ourselves in this position in the first place due to some shoddy defensive work.

Every single week we are the most negative, horrendous side to watch as soon as we take a lead. Our second half displays are absolutely woeful - we're always asking for an equaliser every time.

It's immensely frustrating, horrible to watch and will always leave us short of achieving anything.

Should of won that but Col U parked the bus and Wozza punished them. Silly defensive errors cost us as they looked poor.

Luton looking good for promotion have to say - getting those 1-0 wins without being at their best .

Comeback of the day for Swimdon.

Well, I don't quite know how we've lost that game today. We didn't deserve to. Fuck sake

Another win! 21points out of 30 now.
Sounds like Glenn Morris produced more good saves to keep us in a game. I hate to think where we'd be without him.

Wouldn't say Colchester parked the bus whatsoever. Pretty awful game between 2 teams in dreadful form.
The debut from Jules for us was one of the worst I've ever seen. Absolutely awful player.
Any Spireites got a good word about him ? Looked like he'd never kicked a ball in his life.

We park the bus every second half, it's our thing. Even the BBC Essex commentators were saying how tiring it was to watch us do it today.

Second half they did, they even bought on a centre half. It was all us trying to score.

Biggest cheer was the ball boy running into the pitch to put it on the spot for their keeper who was timewasting.

Jules was poor for the goal but didn’t think he was that bad aside. Monty was poor, have to say thought Hannant looked decent.

Having seen the first goal again on TV that was dreadful to let in, it was similar to the Yeovil one but how has that even gone in! Lainton just needed to push it away but didn’t even move, wasn’t even at speed!

Second goal Lainton should save that too, was mis hit and hit him.

Have to agree to disagree VF16, he was a car crash. Comedy gold or cringeworthy when the ball bounced over him , he also bottled a 50/50 header in their 6 yard box and had the dexterity of a new born foal.
Good job Szomodics was anonymous as we were ripe for a dicking today

Szmodics is always anonymous unless he scores. He does have the knack of scoring goals fairly regularly for a midfielder, but other than that his overall contribution is minimal to be fair.

Fair play to Kewell, btw. Crawley have snuck up there.

Like Louis Dodds used to be for us.

Don’t think the pitch helped either side to be honest, the amount of hoofing and mis kicking from both sides was unreal.

Also I’ve been going Vale for 20 years nearly now what is it with Colchester and luminous away kits! They always seem to have something bright! The Orange I recall a couple of times, the yellow one and the green one today!
