Woeful tactics from Aspin tonight, facing a team out of form who’ve been beaten at home to a National North side so we set up with four centre halves and a holding midfielder with Pope alone up front.

Woeful. Well done on your three points Yeovil. Aspin lost the plot yet again!
Similar negative line up like he did at Grimsby and we were woeful and lost there as well.

You won’t lose at least as we will have no one within 40 yards of Pope all evening, you’ll need to concede a rare stunner like last season to lose this.

That's probably what will happen. Pope always scores against us.

We're 451 because we only have 1 fit striker.

6 v 5 midfield battle it is.

Probably be 1-1... we seem to settle on that after all four games last year at the 90 ended that way!

Freezing cold soaking wet night for football, maybe working 12 hours on the oven tonight instead of being at the match isn’t that bad after all. :woo:

0-1 Tranmere. Norwood, of course. Bollocks.

Mikey Davies playing for us again according to Footmob.

Soft goal to concede against the run of play and it’s Bury 1-1 Cheltenham.

Akinde hit the bar early on, arguably should have gone down for the penalty. Very unlike him.

Otherwise very little of note has happened except Gardner going off injured for Oldham, looked a nasty one, twisted his knee maybe.

Camera angle on iFollow is dreadful. It's positioned about 5 rows back in the stand so way too close to the 'action'.

Grimsby throwing the ball into the net for their 2nd. Standard.

You won't ever see a more blatant handball than Grimsby's second goal, really frustrating.

Karma for thoroughly enjoying sending us down all those years ago.

It's now all going on. Linesman injured and gone off, no idea how much added time, probably 10mins, and Miller sent off for a high foot on our keeper.

Thought Macca was at fault for Tranmere's goal by coming for it very late when he didn't even need to but he made up for it with another fantastic save to stop it becoming 2-0. We started very poorly but grew into it after the save and have played some great stuff, both goals well worked. Blatant handball by Thomas when it should've probably been an easy finish anyway. Tranmere look like a really good side and are unlucky to be behind but I'll take it. Ref is crap and neither team are coping with the wind very well.

We’ve put the most negative side out this season and could be 5 up. Manny one off the line, Legge missed a free header and Pope with a bad touch when goal gaping.

Somehow that first half we’ve been excellent.

Yeovil defensively are an absolute mess, play some nice football but whenever we go forward we look capable of scoring.

Hopefully we don’t do a Vale and bugger this up now.

No fit strikers so we’ve had to throw in 18 year old Sol Pryce. He scored his first after 18 seconds and his second just before half time. Our other striker is another youth player and he’s scored the other. 3-1 up at home to Stevenage at half time is great as we’ve been shit at home all season!

Not at all of you're referring to me. Fair play to you, you're doing well this season.
Just a particular poster who only seems to post in reply to me.

Think 1-1, as the score should have been was a fair reflection of the first half. Wind is having a huge influence on the game is why I believe we've taken Macca off.

Edit: That third goal was pathetic. Game over. Our atrocious away record and severe lack of squad depth is going to condemn us mid table. Oh well.
