Good luck to both teams, should be a decent game I reckon. Said Newport at the start of the playoffs so will stick with them for this one. Would not surprise me if this goes all the way to penalties though.

If they increased it that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s not still the lowest though. Obviously don’t know what each teams individual budget is but just looking down L2 last season there isn’t anyone who stands out as you’d think would have a smaller one than them so it’s plausible.

I dont know why managers say that. Surely if they win all the players will be banging on the door demanding a pay rise or put in a transfer request.

Newport need to find a way to get Sheehan on the ball more. Morecambe done well keep him relatively quiet at the moment. Mendis-Gomes looking dangerous for Morecambe on the break.

Not particularly good on the eye but Morecambe have turned it into their sort of game so won't be too disappointed from their perspective. Adams got his tactics right so far in getting Newport to find another way than via Sheehan and they've not found an answer.

You never get those. Player nudges the keeper, it’s a foul. Keeper misses ball and punches player in head, play on.

Been pretty even so far, too well organised sides. Newport could do with getting Sheehan higher up the pitch. Thought that deflected Bennett shot was in.

Morecambe looked decent at times going forward, Gomes is quality. If McAllinden’s first touch had been better early on they could have been in.

Expect to see Newport’s super sub old brigade on soon.

See Morecambe have John O'Sullivan on the bench, think he could be just the sort of player who could conjure something up. Always quite rated him.

Other than that this is all set for an Ellison stoppage time winner.

Aye it's been a very tactical game with how Adams has set up. Was never going to be a fast-paced thriller like the FGR-Newport semi as I'd defy anyone to play like that on a hot day like this.

Newport starting to get a few openings now though.

I think the size of the pitch is helping Newport. Will always help the better team in possession. Morecambe are fantastic on tight narrow pitches defending like they do and countering but they’re starting to look tired here.

Wonder how Morecambe will react if Ellison scores and celebrates like he did earlier this season. Could get pretty tasty given what’s at stake. Could see a bit of a tear up.
