I'm not as convinced that those two as a pair are good enough. Think we could have done with an upgrade on one of them. Cropper hasn't signed yet though, has he?
I’d be stunned if Cropper doesn’t sign. I don’t think either are defensively great (but not bad either) but with Efete’s attacking threat and Cropper having the best throw I think I’ve ever seen, we have two players capable of being a real threat. I think that’s a huge plus in the modern game.

He’s got some good attributes, decent on the ball, quick and strong but never really sure what his best position was. Seemed to have played everywhere from striker to winger to wing back, no 10, CM and we even used him as a LCB in a back 3 once!

If he can nail down what his best position is he could be a decent player.

Absolutely no way he could be worse than Hiwula trust me
Well Hiwula must have gone off the boil as he got double figures with us and helped us get to Wembley, Miller couldn’t even tie his own shoe laces. I’ve seen them both for a full season and against us multiple times, Hiwula was a different level so something must have gone wrong with him, that said you haven’t witnessed Miller on a regular yet. YouTube can make Theo Robinson look good so I wouldn’t get carried away.

Still I do wish him well he always tried his best and was a grafter so won’t knock him for that.

Just posted this on the League 1 transfer thread:

Last season's number one is going to Walsall on a free. He became the scapegoat with a number of our fans for being instructed to play it out from the back, and generally not being very confident in our defenders' ability to do so. Rarely at fault for any of the goals we conceded although, like all keepers, he would have been culpable for a couple.

Plymouth fans will remember Danny Mayor's wonderful strike in their home game against us, a volley from the edge of the box into the top corner. No keeper had a chance. I saw an idiot on Twitter criticising Evans for not diving for a shot he literally had no chance of getting, such was the blame he had heaped upon him.

I wish him all the best, and hope he regains the confidence he had when he came to Cheltenham on loan for the second half of the 19/20 season. He more than deserves it.

To be fair, I felt really sorry for the way Bogle was treated by Wellens. He ain’t great but he’s Harry Kane compared to Hiwula
Funny how things work out, given you’d probably kill to have Bogle now you’re back at this level

Even Hartlepool fans forgot he existed.
I don't think we've played to his strengths but the times he's had the ball to feet he's made an impact at times. Decent enough at this level if used correctly.

We've had this guy training with us for a whole year, now it looks like we're gonna sign him!

Seems like a utility player who can play left back, left midfield and central midfield.

Can only think this will mean we end up moving our backup left back Jayden Sweeney on, who hasn't really looked up to league football and will no doubt end up in the National League where he sepnt time on loan at Wealdstone and Dartford last season.

Travis Johnson signs for Crawley on a free from Crewe after Crewe withdrew their contract offer.

A 6ft 1in right back, or so I'm told.

Any views Crewe fans?

We're reportedly bringing in Owen Mason on loan from Mansfield, 17 year old goalkeeper.

I am assuming Mansfield fans don't know much about him as he hasn't played for them. Great of us to bring in a 17 year old keeper to compete with our 17 year old keeper.
