I saw Davide Somma play for both QPR and Leeds against us. Shame those knee injuries wrecked his career, was quality for a bit especially at Lincoln.

Yeah, he was an incredible player.

Sutton signed him on loan at the end of February and finished our top scorer on 9. There was some stupid stat that we scored 26 goals while he was with us, and he scored or assisted 25 of them.

I think Colin Larkin scored in the final for us but it was disallowed (wrongly) for the ball going out of play.

We must of had 2k there in that league game, we were a ridiculously good attacking team back then, that final defeat was the start of our fall to non-league and ownership issues.

I said straight after end of last season that Scotty Wilson wouldnt offer enough to hold down a place in L2. I hope for his sake we can sort a loan move out for him. Will always hold legend status for his contribution last season, but there'sno point him not featuring in match day squads so best he moves on and scores some more goals in national league.

It was a complete surprise to see him return but everyone's more than happy with that! He was brilliant the first time he played for us and it was unfortunate he got injured. Hopefully he'll pick up where he left off.
