I don't recall ever seeing any stories in Boro on Look North either? It's a grey area for me. Leeds v Boro Yorkshire derby just doesn't seem right.

Parts of Bradford are indeed shite, but I like the city centre and it has some of the best smaller towns/villages in Yorkshire dotted around it. There are definitely worse shitholes in South/East Yorkshire.

That's no way to talk about Doncaster.

Tbf Bradford would be fine if it invested some proper money into the centre, a few decent bars though. Yeah there are plenty of nice villages on the outskirts, most just don't want the Bradford name.

Top scorer but never managed to establish a regular spot in the starting XI - under four different managers too. Undoubtedly an excellent finisher though and I'm sad to see him go. It's a shame we couldn't have got some money for him.

Really need to get Durrell signed up now if we actually want to score some goals this season.

Crawley's ex coach, Nathan Rooney, has joined Carlisle. He did say he wanted to be nearer his family up North and you can't get much further north than that.

He has an ok to good reputation but I not sure how you judge a coach. He has left Crawley on good terms though and is said to be a decent chap...spiffing fellow don't you know.

Scott Wilson has joined Oldham on a free transfer. Our top goalscorer for the past two seasons. I am speechless. A free transfer.

Absolute shambles the way he’s left but I personally don’t think Scott Wilson is a L2 quality player. He was a relatively poor footballer (but decent finisher) at NL level in my opinion.

I certainly don’t see this as the same kind of blow as when Harry Smith left, who was actually a good all round L2 player.

We have nothing up front for next season currently though, which just about sums up how our club is run.

Edit - I believe he was our highest paid player, and we could actually get better value for his wages. Of course, that assumes the money doesn’t go elsewhere....

Interesting. I had that in my head as done and dusted to the point that I even thought I'd seen a pic of him holding a Vale shirt up!

I liked Rhys Browne when we had him, dunno how he's been since though.

Dan Jones has signed on a one year deal. Ex Notts County left back from what I can understand was excellent in his first year but terrible last season.
