I doubt they average many more than 3k home fans in the ground, for their highest ever league status. And their stewards are class A cvnts, treated our fans like they were 1980s Millwall of the north a few years back. Top of the class tinpotters...

That's kinda the point I was getting at though, there's this myth amongst Grimsby fans that our former, and now your, Head of Recruitment set up our Ireland exploits and we brought in loads of LOI players under him and we didn't - it was one.

We had been in Ireland for three years or so before he turned up and we've only signed five overall (and two of those went to the Academy when they signed).

In fact, I’ve just checked. Colchester, Carlisle, Chesterfield, Gillingham, Notts County, Newport, and Doncaster all managed this feat. We are only halfway through the season too.
