We should have around 500/600 of us at Sunderland tomorrow I'd imagine. I'll be there.

We'll probably exit at this stage but there's shocks every year and with Sunderland in poor form, you never know, we may surprise them.
great travelling numbers considering

Away at Villa, we are either going to get a hiding or pull of a dramatic win.
Saying that Villa aren't exactly pulling up tree's either, still think they will still beat us even with a second string. going for 3-1 to the Villans.
I'm going, don't know why.
Only imagine around 1,500 going which isn't surprising how bad we have been

I think there'll be a few shocks tonight, and hopefully a few League 2 sides progress.
I'd go for:
Portsmouth to beat Reading
Luton to beat Stoke
Barnet to beat Wolves
Oxford to beat Sheff Wed

I'd say only Portsmouth and Barnet have got a chance.

It's looking like we'll make 11 changes so you definitely have a chance; hopefully the incentive of breaking into the first team is enough for our fringe players.

Strange to think this was such a regular fixture no more than 3 years ago, I kind of miss those days; whilst I won't be there tonight (not many will most likely) memories are flooding back of the last minute Scott Flinders equaliser a few years ago

I'm thinking Luton, Pompey, and Oxford all stand a chance of progressing, or at least take the game to ET. Barnet too, as I don't think Wolves will put out a strong side. It's very hard however to predict any of tonight's results, as one never really knows if the stronger sides opt to play their kids/second string, or if they put out a strong side because they actually care about the cup.

Used to enjoy our games at Bournemouth in the 80/90's,when away weekends were a good piss up.
Even though it's your reserve side,i can still see us getting battered.

surprised CMW didn't even make the squad, seemed like an obvious opportunity for him to put himself in the shop window.

It's a lot of changes, but they're all players I wouldnt have a problem with coming into our starting 11 next weekend say. The left back cost several million can you believe.

This is a fixture that litters our history and a club we've had many memories with, it deserves respect, a strong side and and hopefully a good game.

At least the Exeter fans are being treated up at Sunderland, 3-3!

Would've took 1-1 at HT beforehand, but slightly disappointed how quickly we conceded after we scored.

Fucking hell 3-3 at half time...Sunderland have a full strength side too. 2-0 down, back to 2-2, then 3-2 down and then we equalise.

Add to that Ribeiro, Moore-Taylor, Harley and Nichols are all injured and they would all be starting normally.

Wheeler, Holmes and Oyeleke are giving O'Shea and Coates a horrible time. Second half we just need to keep the same approach and who knows.

Sunderland's forum makes hilarious reading....
