Out of every Championship team (22) in the first round, 20 are through to the 2nd round. Preston the only team losing out, and Sunderland play tomorrow.

Edit: Actually 19 since Derby have to replay.

Going to be a lot of Prem/Champ and Champ/Champ fixtures in round 2 then!

Not gonna say I'm glad to be out but I must admit I'm not really bothered. Burnley got beat by Accrington last season and they had a good season in the Prem, it means fuck all.

Must be the first time the 2nd round has been seeded into north and south. I'm presuming we can only draw a northern seeded team. Wednesday away why not

It's because of West Ham and Newport apparently. Neither of them can play at home so they've put Newport in the Northern section so they can't get each other. Ridiculous.

Put poor old Newport in the northern section we don't wanna be making the west ham lot travel anywhere it might upset them. Fucking wankers. Surely the most simple way round it was just draw either Newport or west ham out first away cos that's what they are doing anyway and keep the other ones ball out the bag till after the first draw was made. At least there won't be a long trek anywhere I suppose.

Just had the same discussion with my mate and said exactly the same thing. Simple way of doing it.

Yeah wouldn't be pleased if I was Newport, it obviously wasn't decided on a toss of the coin.

West ham ain't it the Fa, media, all the other pricks most loved club in the country. When Upton park shut the sky coverage and presentations in the ground that night was the mlost cringeworthy, horrific tv I've ever watched, closely followed by Gerrards last match at Liverpool the other club that they all fucking wank over.

Never fails to amaze how they can fuck something so simple up.

No idea if we're home or away, absolute farce.

Don't think either Bournemouth or Birmingham fans will be happy with that.

At least we're at home.. and will be favourites to go through.

Sorry Millwall, probably the worst draw for you.

Away at Bolton, not the most interesting tie but it's certainly winnable and not a million miles away. Hopefully get a decent allocation and some cheap tickets.

Nice draw for us. Could see us getting beat though if we play a weakened team. Part of me wants to progress and part of me wants us to concentrate solely on getting back up.

Would you rather win the league cup or go up? If I was offered a league cup win or promotion to the prem id choose the cup win 100% every time.

Really? Fuck that. Getting into the Premier League sorts a club out for years and years nowadays.
