Millwall have sold their 1159 allocation in 15 minutes for the final game of the season at Priestfield.

It's going to be utter chaos in and around the ground that day.

Don't know if any Port Vale fans know but if you buy your ticket in advance for your game against us you can get it for £5 or free for Under 18's.

Police not doing there job again then or are you actually selling half the away end to your own fans?

I suspect the former.

1159 tickets is exactly the 10% of capacity FL requirement for away fans. I suspect Millwall will get the upper tier of the Town End with the bottom tier left empty to prevent them getting anywhere near the pitch.

It's a bugger, because had it been pretty much anyone else, we'd probably have either sold them the full end, or split it between home and away as most games are and had 11,500 there. As it is, it's likely to be a "sell out" with an attendance around the 9000 mark.

I'm quite looking forward to see how Kent Police deal with hundreds of ticketless Millwall fans turning up on the day of the game....

There will probably be countless Millwall in the home ends too, seeing as Kent is awash with them.

It genuinely could end up being far more hassle than it's worth.

Sold the upper tier at Bramall Lane, told we can have 1,000 in the lower tier and no more. I think that's all we'll need tbh although I could be wrong as our fanbase actually seems up for this one.

You'll be able to have all the lower but like you say you won't need em.

Hope so Jamo. It'd be fantastic if you sold the full 5k. We could possibly be looking at a 20k crowd if we also needed something to be confirmed as champions, we've not had those numbers since the Premier League. Whatever the situation I think our players will be well up for the game. As a club we really targeted the JPT as our chance to get back to Wembley this season and I don't think we've forgiven you for knocking us out on our own patch (I certainly haven't). Bumping you out of the playoffs as payback is something I can imagine would be very appealing to the players.

Haha yes, I hate to sound Billy Big Bollocks, but there'll be loads of us in the home ends at Priestfield. 1,100. Christ.

On a related note, already 800 sold for Bury too which ain't half bad.

To be fair if we'd been playing a team which had fans who could behave themselves, we'd have probably given over the whole town end to them (2.5/3k)

I have heard that it was the police that restricted the number of tickets for the Millwall game.
We were happy to give them more.
Plod obviously thought that it would be easier to police hundreds of ticketless fans wandering around outside the ground than to police them inside one away end!
I will be absolutely amazed if there were no trouble at this game.

Feel a little sorry for Millwall tbh. Bet there is a fair few of the 490 who made the Tuesday night trip to Fleetwood who haven't managed to get a ticket. Still, never mind.

350 sold for Saturday expect quite a few pay on the gate with no cost increase. Very decent considering we are playing for nothing and going to get pumped 3/4-0

Decent that, would've probably have taken triple the number if the play offs were still on.

Easily. Still a great turnout today though shame about probably the worst performance I've seen from us in a few years
