I've been impressed by your numbers this season, but is there any reason why you never really bring good numbers to Hillsborough?
Remember you were even disappointing for both League Cup semis.
The past couple of years it's been midweek, which obviously hasn't helped. It is weird that we don't travel well to Hillsborough though, it's not that far. I've not been with Rovers yet so I'll be there next season at least.

Was the guy with arms outstretched behind the goal for the Shrewsbury winner in the wrong end or too early with his 'miss' exclamation? :bg:

Rotherham may be giving us more away tickets. It's a shock because most of their fans have made out they're a huge club who would sell them with ease.

Pipe down lad you were only given 1200 to start with and you have only just sold those which is laughable. Wether you get more tickets or not they'll be around 10k Rotherham fans in the stadium whereas you wont even sellout your tiny lego set and have millers fans all over the home areas and in pubs around Scunny.

It’s almost as if Rotherham has three times the population of Scunthorpe.

One of the reasons I joined this forum was because of the attendance figures produced by Southy. Great work, effort and patience. I've enjoyed my many attempts this season to produce my own.
I managed to attend 19 away games in League 3 following on from 18 in the Championship the season before. It cost much less with average ticket prices between £20 and £25.

Ah the old population debate, try having a big football city right on your door step and other football towns, you don't have anyone to compete with when it come to support like we do.

There's a lot of wind-ups going around today. If there are any fans going in the home end, you're talking dozens not hundreds and they'll keep quiet. You wouldn't go to many grounds in the country for such a high profile game and feel safe if you gobbed off. Donny, Fulham, Wycombe and Watford maybe?

There are a lot travelling without tickets though, so I'd suggest hundreds will be watching in Scunny pubs.

Personally I'm going to be watching in the comfort of my living room nursing a hangover.

Haha, I wish I could lay my hands on that clip that was doing the rounds of the mouthy Rotherham fan giving it large outside the Belle Vue Bar before he got volleyed to the ground

Nice one Southey, seems quite low averages compared to recent years, we actually had a chance of finishing top if we weren’t so shite for half the season.

After the Cowleys arrival, Scunthorpe has become is a suburb of Lincoln though...

Okidoki, anyway thanks for your contribution with the attendance stats over the season. Hopefully you will continue into next season and our reduced attendances (unless we are doing well) in the Fourth Division.
They have also been well received by our main message board. :10:

As they sold out, I think you mean Donny would have sold out more quickly...

Then that would become a stupid debate has the 1600 fans what went would have bought theres as soon has they went on sale if possible. Loads of people misssed out who was queuing couple hour before they went on sale.

I'm praying Rotherham don't go up as the Rovers fans will inevitably turn to us...
