How many Barnsley away at Sheff Wed on Saturday?
Guesstimate is about 2,500 which would be biggest of the day !

Decided to give this place another crack then?
To be fair mate there’s more life in a tramp’s vest than the Championship forum on here but the L1 bit on here is a bit better than 1FF’s ain’t it, so was just having a browse today but remembered how painful it is ad wise if you aren’t signed up

Yeah I didn’t post on here at all when we was in the championship but once we came back down I realised the L1 section here is busier.

With the train strike on the 17th now, I can’t see us needing the bottom stand and bringing 4k to Sheffield Wednesday as was hoped.

I’d still be hopeful we can sell the original 3k no problem though but no trains going back down south after the game means it’s an overnighter or drive for us all which is a bit of a shame. We’ve elected to stay overnight anyway and make a night out of it.

Pain in the arse isn't it. We've had train strikes for Hull, Wigan and now Burnley on the 17th this season already, which put me off doing the first two.

Burnley I think we're just going to do Friday-Sunday and stay in Manchester both nights, Man Utd Leeds on the Sunday too so might chance trying to get into OT and all.

Checking up on how Ipswich are doing I reckon. That’s what all the Bristol (city) lot have been doing for the last year since Mark Ashton left them…

Someone on there is a grass, every account gets spiked after about a fortnight to a month when said grass works out it is me.

Fair play to them Accy fans for doing that journey midweek.

Fair play to the ones that came definitely. However 44 is pretty low. Shocked that we got 2,000 home fans for Accrington on a wet Tuesday night, straight after another awful defeat on Saturday. We had more home fans tonight than on Saturday! Which was a very poor home turnout from us!

It is a low number but from their perspective I certainly wouldn’t want to be tackling the M6 and M5 at the best of times never mind midweek especially when it’s probably easier and more cost effective watch it on iFollow. Can only respect the commitment of those who did go.

Oh I agree.

Important to give credit to the hardy ones that made that effort to get to games like this, rather than talking about the ones that didn’t bother!

All respect to the Stanley fans who made a long journey down on a wet night, they really deserved the free pint and pie offered to them in our bar. (Seems like quite a few more came tonight than to the game that was called off, too). Now that Oldham have gone, can we officially claim to have the coldest and most exposed away stand (think we beat them anyway) in the league, or is that Hartlepool's ?

Similar happens to a lad I know but it’s when he puts his name on there, had an account for 3 months then the second he changed his display name to his actual first name rather than his initials it got banned pretty much instantly. Strange app.

Is Blademan still on here Walkley? Both your two sides not looking bad for automatics this season.

In terms of most exposed I think Accy’s may run you close. Probably also add on Swindon’s Stratton Bank, thankfully it’s more of an overflow than the actual away end and it wasn’t cold that day but got absolutely soaked stood on that. Middle of winter that would not have been nice.

I am so glad we played you in August when it was nearly 30 degrees. Middle of winter I suspect all the fans have to huddle together like penguins, trying to keep the wind at bay.

The Stratton Bank is also a slip hazard when it rains.
