We’re in the wrong league this year, some blinding days out for us away from home if we were down here. Championship’s dull as shite this year again, dominated by parachute payments and full of northern clubs.

Long for the day when Bristol City vs Argyle is a Championship fixture again.

Bored sick of the Mem, absolute dump.

It'll go tits up mate, always does with us doesn't it.

Regardless I'm well happy with NP, top top bloke who I know your fans are fond of in the main I think?

Would be one to look forwards to definitely.

Went out to Munich the other month for the England game and met a few older Argyle lads, they said the same and were talking about some of the lively fixtures over the years back in the day.

Just remembered you lot signed Bakinson from us didn't you, been any good? Pearson's comments on him last season were hilarious

Suppose it's a difficult midfield to break into with Byers Bannan Vaulks etc ain't it.

He's been decent and for 75k can't moan.

Pearson, as much as I love him, wants the drama, happened at every club he's managed.

Some midfield 6 we have but the manager still relies on Bannan sadly.

Yeah cheap deal, fair shout.

And you aren’t wrong I think he likes to stamp his authority doesn’t he and make an example of a few players, he did it with Mills at Leicester and has done it with Bakinson and Palmer here. I sort of like it though, we needed someone to come in and rule with an iron fist.

Still not a Bannan fan? Our fans still obsess over him

He had a great season last year, but some forget it is in the 3rd tier, had two good seasons IMHO, his first playing on the left side and last year in the step below.

Really good mate, quality defender and I’m sure you’ll get some cash come in from the sell on we have in the next year or two.

You lot don’t half produce some decent centre halves, McNally I’m sure will do well at Burnley when he gets a go.

Sykes has been really good for us too in fairness.

We’ve sold out at Pompey on Saturday, hopefully it’s on.
Nice one! Yes, pretty much definite now.

Very little between us since we crashed down the leagues. W4 L4 D10 (including W0 L1 D1 in the play-offs). Crazy number of draws, including 5 2-2s!

Looking forward to it. One of my two lads who is less keen on away trips than the other is going as well. His rationale was “proper ground.”

We’ve got 9 tickets left of our initial allocation 2,248 from Peterborough for our game there end of October. I wonder if they’ll give us anymore…..

Exactly 300 Rovers at Ipswich

Our game at Plymouth is on October 4th now, will be interested to see if we break our record of no League Away following of under 1k (where allocation permitted) since Feb 2015.

Awaiting to see what allocation Vale give us for the game on the 1st.

Any idea on Ipswich sales UppaTowen_ITFC seems to be around 2.4k?

Around 100 left on sale by the looks of it from a 3k allocation.

Last time I went to Hillsborough we took 700ish under Mick. Some bloody good followings in L1 this year with the cost of everything rising

I was there for a few of the games at hill a rough under mick. Think we took 1200 one year when Chambers scored a late winner. Good scenes that day although I did badly bruise my hip flying backwards over the seats in front.

2900 sold seemingly. I’d expect it’ll be a sell out with very little left
