I was at Hillsborough yesterday, looked to me like at least double the estimated figure shown.
The guy who runs the attendance prediction competition on our forum was also there (although not near me). He pretty much agreed with me, and he's emailing SWFC to try and get an accurate figure.
Will update if and when.

Thanks. Taken the estimate from a Wycombe site, only thing I could see relating to yesterdays figure.

Just been looking at the highlights, might be being a bit generous.
More likely around 300. Poor figure reflecting our recent poor form.
Was 866 last season!
We'll see what SWFC come back with.

Good luck getting a response. I've tried all season without any reply.

Great turnout by Ipswich, although very subdued. Quite understandable if most of them came from Suffolk they probably left at about 4am!

Although I was made aware by the Cambridge lads on here it is still a tad disappointing to only see us allocated 1,473 at the Abbey, no Habbin Terrace for us this season

Yeah. It still represents around 20% of our capacity which probably more than most clubs in the division, it’s just our ground is tiny compared to others.

We’re keeping the South Habbin for our own fans this season. Giving it to away teams was giving too much of an advantage away. We’d rather part fill it with our own than fill it with a big away following.

Given our record at the Abbey you could give us all the ground and we'd still not win

Well work starts on the Milton End soon so it may even drop a bit
Bad news for Barrie the Owl.

Away allocation has been dropped to 1600 because the Milton End is being re -developed. It wont affect the majority of clubs except Sheff w and Charlton though as not many bring more than 1600

Not sure if we play you on a Saturday or midweek but we’d have 1600+ if it’s a Saturday for sure.

Edit - A quick look suggests we took 1260 last season for a midweek game and 1994 fans the season before which was a Saturday.

Argyle (a) tickets for Halloween went on sale at midday today.
Only 1600, thought the away allocation was more than that, but I guess the Police have had a say.. Cant see them taking too long to sell out.
Really? Your history of selling out at ours isn't great, suppose it's the first time we've played in a while but I thought you'd struggle seeing as there's probably no trains back after FT.

Also families who might have been tempted to attend from Exeter would likely be put off by the night fixture as we all know the trouble that happened last time this match was played at night, when it was also the first time playing eachother for a few years!

Good, should take us up to around 11k + there hopefully as the home ends are selling quicker than the last couple of games with the Lorne Street and Railway sold out and the Paddock close so just the Bycars left.

Lets see how the policing handle this though after the Bolton game where they were banned from being within a few miles of VP to drink!

Think it was around 700 sold after the first 2 days of Gold priority, and I know most of the 'regulars' who go away are all silver/bronze, so can see them going.

As for trains, I'm pretty sure I read that GWR will throw on a couple 'football specials' either way. Looking at Trainline, there's trains at 22:25, 23:15 &23:54, so should be fine anyway.

That game in the JPT was unreal, the ending to the game didn't help situation when it comes to the crowd behaviour, along with Devon & Cornwall's finest considering it at a 'low risk' on the day.

Allocated and sold out 1,473 for Cambridge.

And despite some handbags and the movement to a 1pm kick off we have 2k at Lincoln allocated again
