If Coventry and Notts County go down with Crawley and Colchester staying up that will be a sad day in football history.

We are down. As it stands we would need to win 3 from 6. Not gonna happen.

This is shaping up to be one of those seasons where some poor sods are gonna get relegated on 54 points or something. Unlucky whoever that is!

Every team down here is looking like they can pick up wins apart from Notts County at the moment.

Saturday is such a massive day at the bottom;

Coventry v Colchester

There is no way our game with Crewe will be as open as our game today was, no chance......

I'm beginning to think we could just avoid the drop.
Could 4 points from our next 3 be enough? (Scunny & Walsall away then County at home)
I hope our last game at home to Coventry has nothing on it for either side.

Possibly but no guarantees, I'm targeting 53 points.

Long as Vale come down with us I couldn't give a toss.
Don't understand this attitude, how could any fan not care if they stay up or ho down.

Ideal situation for me is we stay but ditch dull Davis.

What are the odds on us getting 6 more nil nil draws until the end of the season?

We'll never score again!

Its going to be abit do or die on Saturday for us though, which mean dull Davis will defy dullness and go abit duller.

If Orient, Crawley AND Colchester could stay up then that'd be excellent for us location-wise. Bottom 4 of Yeovil, Crewe, Notts and Vale would be lovely.

24th Yeovil(41) - 33 points. Notts C(H), Sheff U(H), Swindon(A), Port Vale(H), MK Dons(A)

So, from the bottom then, Yeovil have properly thrown in the towel, although their manager did that a few weeks ago. Their relegation could be confirmed next Saturday if they lose to Notts County. Colchester looked dead and buried but 6 points from their Easter fixtures has put them right back in the hunt. Big ask to get out of trouble given some of the games they have coming up mind, but they've given themselves a chance. Notts County grabbed 2 0-0 draws, not great, but its 2 points on the board. They have to win next week at Yeovil, easiest fixture they have left. Hard to also see them winning more than 1 though. Crewe got 1 point, 3 shots on target and 0 goals from their 2 fixtures, a dismal return, especially when you consider Crawley were one of the teams they played. Got the fixtures to stay up, but their lack of goals has to be a huge concern.

Orient got 4 points from 6, another team who had a great Easter. The 3-1 deficit they overturned at home to Gillingham to get a point could be vital in the weeks to come. Huge 6 pointer at Crewe next Saturday for them mind. After that their fixtures pick up quality big time. Crawley also got 4 from 6, a fantastic result for them. Their next 3 are favourable, they could find themselves clear if they pick up 2 wins from that lot, which looks a real possibility. Coventry like Crewe only managed 1 point and 0 goals from their last 2. Their last 3 home games are all extremely winnable, in their hands to stay up, but got to win those home games. Scunny got a good home win against Posh on Friday, if they get a shock win at MK Dons tomorrow,. they could be almost home and hosed with the games in hand and fixtures they have coming up. Included the Vale and Walsall as they are both in terrible form at the moment. The Vale have lost 6 in a row and lost in heartbreaking fashion to Rochdale. Their run in looks dicey, especially those next 2 home games. They could be the shock faller, need a win by any means in their next 3. Walsall like Notts County got 2 0-0s from their last 2. Not the form that will keep you up. However, 1 win from their next 3, all winnable and they could be almost safe.

Yeovil are down, but after that, its anyones guess who goes down. Col U, Crewe and Notts C?

If we stay up, Davis gets hero worship a la last season and we suffer yet another repeat. Something I can't bear to witness yet again.

If we go down, more chance of him leaving, more chance of me enjoying watching Crewe play again and more chance of us scoring goals again.

I'm just hoping both Swindon and Preston have nothing to really play for in that final week, with their play-off and automatic places confirmed - last year when that happened we beat Brentford 4-1 so fingers crossed it can pan out similarly.

Another win on Saturday at the Ricoh would be absolutely huge, but then if it keeps Coventry in reach, perhaps a point would be ok this weekend too - we really have to beat Scunthorpe at home next weekend though.

Still think Leyton Orient are in trouble if they lose Saturday, if they can pick up 3 points they should be able to scrap the required points from the last 5 game. If they lose I think they could be screwed as I don't see them picking up more than 4/5 points from the last 5 will 50/51 be enough?

I think Notts County will drop, can't see who is going to score the goals for them unless they can get Spencer fit and grab a few 1-0 wins. If they don't beat Yeovil I'd be almost writing them off

Colchester have given themselves a chance but still think they have left themselves too much to do.

Crewe are another side I fear for, I know they are used to battling down here but I'm not sure they have the fight to stay up. All too often this season they've rolled over and conceded 3/4/5 after going 1-0 down. They have a decentish home record so have the capability of staying up.

As for us, I think the next 2 games will be the biggest of our season. Two back to back winnable home fixtures, we all know our home record is awful and if we lose both of them we are right in the shitter. We absolutely need to win one of the next two fixtures imo.

Crawley I think have the fixtures and momentum to see themselves safe now, got applaud the job Saunders has done as they were the worse side I've seen this season at the Ricoh under Gregory, the only thing that could go against them is that 3 of the last 5 are away and they aren't very good away. Port Vale will scrap out one victory along the line, Walsall will draw there way to safety and Scunthorpe will be safe.

So to summarise, Yeovil, Colchester and Notts County to go down and they will be joined by either Leyton Orient, Crewe or Coventry. (Crawley still an outside possibility)

I worry about our home form. I wouldn't be surprised if we fail to win any of the three.

We will go down if that happens, I'm convinced of it. We have to squeeze out at least one win and I think we will.

I want Crewe to stay up, went to your groud for the first time this season and throughly enjoyed the whole away trip including your stadium, great noise you can make in that stand! I would like to go back again next season when we lose in the play offs! Walsall, cov, orient and notts all need to stay up, my favourite away games every year your lot!

Colchester, scunny and Yeovil can do one though don't like going to yours, SORRRYY
