Don't often look at opposition Forums but this tittled me.. :fl:

Attendance could be hit because of the Christmas lights switch on in town.
Every year it is the same day as our home games. Next week the 26th wouldn't be too late to switch them on. We are still in November.

Looks like we're going with 3 CBs and wingbacks today. McAtee and Khan in a two up top with a midfield three, of which I'd imagine Clifton will push forward a bit more. The Rubbish Glennon is injured it seems so a big test for Danny Amos today.

We have a few more options from the bench now, but dropping Gibson is a mistake in my opinion.
It’s pretty much the same team that produced the shit show at Harrogate.

Sadly I can see another inept performance and a routine win for Salford.

Think the upcoming run of fixtures upto and including the festive period will expose us for being in a false position. I don’t think we’re anywhere near top 7 standard and it will show over the coming weeks in my opinion.

Salford away is a tough one. We were terrible against Harrogate and pretty average and toothless against Walsall.

Based on recent performances I can’t see anything other than a comfortable home win.

Salford City 2-0 Carlisle United
Carlisle already winning

Harrogate have just ripped us entirely apart with the first attack of the game.

Does this mean we're finally forgiven for beating you 2-1 in that season ender allowing Chesterfield to stay up at your expense :)?
Mmm now this is a tough one as I had finally forgiven you for that, but then in 2017 you went back on the naughty list for allowing FGR into the Football League.
But then I guess you did make up for that a bit by stopping the Boreham Wood filth from getting promoted so I guess that means you’re forgiven.
Congratulations!!! :bg:

2-0 down and no one is surprised except for Clough who’s picked the most atriocious starting line up.

Absolutely zero pace in the entire team, embarrassing.

Barrow physio having to treat injured players, no sub was ready to come on so briefly played with ten. And the standard of the defending.

This is the most amateurish example of a football club I’ve ever seen

Homer ref at Walsall. Second yellow for Francilette. Johnson throwing himself all over the place and paid the ref to give him the fouls.

Dreadful stuff from us. No threat. Deadly slow build up. Fucking clueless - again.

From an opposition perspective I did find it odd that your number 3 stayed on for so long, he was begging to come off for a good 10 minutes. You still didn't have a sub ready even then.

Harrogate make it 3-0 in extra time before half time, three completely avoidable goals but our piss poor slow defence are just not up to the standard, a truly embarrassing day to support this club.

I’m sick of being embarrassed by Harrogate and Sutton

Serious pressure on the management and players will be the fall out from this, Harrogate are struggling this season because they are shite and we have been brushed aside by them.

Was an even game for nearly 30 minutes until a terrible mistake then our heads seem to drop. Game over I’m afraid.

1-0 up at half time. Somehow.

Really poor performance from Carlisle. Salford by far the better team. If we don’t improve for the second half it’s only a matter of time before Salford turn their dominance into goals. It’s not as if they’ve been brilliant either, we’ve just allowed them to control and pop the ball around, where as us with our glaring lack of quality can hardly string two passes together. It’s a total smash and grab so far, but we can’t go another 45 minutes like that.

Oh and two of our defenders have dropped injured and gone off. You know I was thinking it was strange yesterday that we’d gone a week without a fresh injury. Well normal service has been resumed. Thank fuck our physio is leaving. Maybe wr can get one who can actually keep more than half the squad in match ready condition.
