League Two Forum Awards Night - The Gold Envelopes are all here

The votes have been counted and the services of Bayo and McNulty have been acquired to present them, so without further delay here are the results. I have given the top-3 for each category, or more in case of a tie, but people won't make the podium in a category if they only picked up a single vote.

I'll post the categories one by one, so you can all talk amongst yourselves as I type the next post.

I'm pretty sure most people can guess the top-three, the only question is, in which order will Bury, Luton and Mansfield finish?

There was also an option for people to state their reasons for voting. Some highlights are:

Bury 'they think they're a massive club but they are not!'

and also Carlisle, who didn't podium, but got one vote because 'excluding everyone apart from HG'

Moving on, the next award is the first of the positive awards, though McNulty has had to be calmed down after Luton were named 3rd worst. Oakroader is currently reading him a selection of his poetry.

The award for best fans is pretty much the award for clubs who brought a fair number of fans across from the old forum, but don't have any WUMs.

The first two awards out of the way, we're now onto the awards for individual posters, and the first of those is for the best poster to join since the switch to 1FF.

This is just how the votes landed, there was no attempt by me to set out who exactly should be eligible for this award, and I still don't know.

Nobody managed to get more than one vote, and I'm sure some of these actually were on TFF. Some voters said they were unsure whether the person they were voting for should have been eligible, and a lot of voters abstained. Can't say this award really worked, and it was one I was considering not bothering with anyway. Of course we won't have this one next year so it doesn't matter.

Of those I'm sure only Glasshalffullpools actually is a new member, well I'm 100% sure Mowgli's always been around, and technically Pliny shouldn't be eligible for not supporting a club in this division oh well, anyone know if any of the others are new?

and that is that for that one, well done Lee, I know it's difficult to remain impartial given Dagenham's glittering history pissing on all the other clubs in this division, but somehow you've managed it. Also you started the Relegation thread and were the last poster to acknowledge that Hartlepool weren't doomed.

There were plenty of people with single votes, but Lee was the only one with multiple votes and therefore owns the podium
