I've heard its done with Travis, Teague and their consortium and that all the remaining senior players - Robbie Weir, Teddy Mezeague and Yvan Erichot have all gone as well. We're gonna start again completely from scratch with the youngsters.

There will be a new manager but no idea who it will be.

Martin Ling apparently coming back as Director of football, hopefully our old CEO Matt Porter as well - Although I don't think thats set in stone.

If its announced, it will be midweek. Hope its finally done because Becchetti has changed his mind on at least three occassions.

I wonder if there'd be a late winner in the AGM Cup or if the league would run with 23 teams. Hopefully it doesn't come to that.

The conference has always had pretty clear rules, if it happens before the AGM then a reprieve can be put in. After the AGM and the lineup for the league has been set, and all clubs (or at least the majority) have agreed to it, therefore it can't be changed without an EGM - it would then run with 23.

If Orient cannot finish the season, for any reason, they will automatically be awarded 24th and therefore relegated before any decision is made on if they are chucked out or not (and if they don't finish the season, all fixtures involving them would be removed from the table).

What happened with regards to having to deposit a bond with the conference, did that happen? (Also - Wrexham fans was the deadline a few years back the AGM?)

I wonder whether LOFC provided evidence that the winding up petition had been satisfied at the AGM to avoid the bond. I mean, we might have paid one, but if we had I presume it would have come out.

Its off again because Becchetti is, well Becchetti. It looks like Alan Bowers has come back in again with another bid.

As I originally said, Becchetti doesn't want to sell to Travis and will do anything to avoid doing so, I believe Bowers has come back in and negotiations start again. Its not about whats right for the club/business, its about whats right for Becchetti's ego.

I'm fed up, we have two weeks to do something, anything. For the first time ever, I'm genuinlly sad at the state my football club is in and fear for it.

I'm still partly expecting us to compete next season but with our youth team again on the smallest budget in the National League.

He sends texts to various fans who've wiped his arse in recent weeks, this was the latest one today:

"From Alan Bowers
All I can say is as stated before
I will not repeat NOT let Orient go to the dogs and fail
I will try to rescue any deal where possible and only then my friends will I be able to disclose all
Lesson learnt before
#7"

Its close to making Becchetti's google translate messages on our website look professional.

Not as bad as Becchetti. But:

Alan Bowers pulls out. He messaged a fan who based on his internet presence is a complete moron. This is the message:

Message from Alan Bowers

Dear Friends and TRUE LOFC supporters
If you receive this then you are one of our Magnificent 7 that were hand picked by our team to carry the message to the thousands of genuine fans that care and love Leyton Orient FC,
You will know now that our offer has fallen on somewhat challenged ears
And for the love of the club and the great majority of fans it's time to step out of the ring and hopefully 'someone' will rescue the club and stop just talking about it!
You have some challenging times ahead but be positive and LOFC will get through
Be united in support and get behind whoever takes on the challenge especially the manager Omer who has and is working tirelessly still under a very difficult situation
We only wanted what was best for you and the club however some individuals felt we were elongating the process? Not true the process was broken
LOFT just a suggestion
Do not give ultimatums to the new owners as you may get the wrong answer and DO SOMETHING with the funds that hard working loyal fans have donated
1. Return their money if you not going to be supportive of anything you will never own the club
2. Donate it to a worthy charity
3. Support the club you 'love' buy a couple of players? Pay the unpaid? Support the manager?
Stop the moaning ,whining and negative behaviour the club needs all the help it can get in these times.
OTF keep the doing and not talking attitude credit to LOFC
god bless you all x

His mouth piece is seven fans who have gone out their way to talk to (stalk in my book) him. One of which is a genuine grade A idiot, another "I messaged His wife on Facebook to wish them good in their takeover. She thanked me for my support and gave me his mobile no. I'm too shy to call him though".

From a LOFT representative:
"I'd best keep a special eye on the LOFT phone this Saturday, just in case he rings at lunchtime then doesn't leave a message, then texts a minute later with "Good afternoon this is Alan Bowers", then gets fans to say he's trying to speak to us, then when I text him that evening to ask if he really does want to speak to us he replies "better late than never" and says he'll speak through the Magnificent 7 instead, then forwards that text to others who start quoting it smugly on Twitter.

Again"

We have literally the perfect solution on the table. It's not Bowers, he wants to help apparently but all he's doing is giving FB leverage. If T&T weren't there, fine, needs must, but come on.

I don't take any comfort in this. Open secret Travis and Teague are trying to buy the club, the only surprising thing is that it hasn't been in the papers before.

Bowers has now messaged a respected person on our messageboard and had a 40 minute phone conversation, talking about:

"Told me how he made his money(all legit)
How much dough he agreed to put it in the business plan, seemed more than generous.
Who was in it with him-His business partner, and at least 3 ex players who he named.
He asked me not to share the specifics in terms of figures so I won't.
Like I say if he buys the club I'll give him every chance."

Consummate professional he is not. Not that that's necessarily a bad thing.

Travis and Teague reek of stability. This is honestly the perfect outcome. That's a lie, not being four months behind every club would be the perfect outcome, but it's about as perfect as perfect can be.

Kent Teague's Twitter is also perfect, he seems so American https://twitter.com/KentTeague?ref_src=twsrc^google|twcamp^serp|twgr^author

Our Kent's (or to give him his full name, Rodney Kent Teague II) statement:

I hear Becchetti is now in talks to buy Blackpool and Coventry as both clubs need somebody they can trust and Becchetti fits the bill.

Great news for LOFC. Would expect to see you pushing for the top of this division now.

Won't be this season, four months behind every else. Tbh I and the vast majority of fans will take survival and consolidating ourselves this season.

(Although I think after a 1-0 loss at home to Guiseley fan opinion may change!)
