Have another look at what Sakho does for the first goal and you'll see he could have prevented it, too. It wasn't his fault alone, but I'm baffled how easily Sakho is let off.

It was never going to be straight forward ...Villa got great record and we been struggling for form and jeez the tension at the ground was everywhere but result was all that matters.

Joe Gomez playing in back 3 is a good shout which allows Can to go into midfield. But I still think best football we played under Rodgers was a diamond 4-4-2.

Great to see Sturridge get 2 goals, he still got a bit to go till he's 100% and just need to manage his health so he can play majority of the season.
