3 Luton games attended this season, 3 defeats. I promise that will be it for this season...

Luton really struggled with Akinfenwa and Tyson, former's positioning was clever as he'd often draw Mullins and Sheehan in for Tyson to run beyond. Jack Stacey also had Wycombe in his accumulator judging by the first half performance...

Harry Cornick will be absolutely kicking himself for not putting that 1-on-1 away near the end but it felt unbelievably pedestrian from Luton going forward, credit has to go to Wycombe's centre halves for giving Elliott Lee and James Collins minimal opportunity to turn on the ball.

Finally a shout out to Luke O'Nien, he hasn't changed since we (Wealdstone) had him on loan 3 seasons ago - ran his absolute socks off tonight, couple of timely tackles (although he was visibly annoyed at himself for allowing Lee's second) and some clever passing.

I don’t think I’ve shared an embrace as loving and lingering with my wife as those Wycombe players did after their 3rd goal! Went for a nice drink afterwards too! Literally a solid 2 minutes of celebrations for that goal I think.

Collins I’ll give you (still not sure how I feel about him) but I thought Lee got round his man almost at will at times. We got most of our good chances, and indeed goals, came from that.

I suppose with the advent of VAR apparently ruining goal celebrations, they were making up for lost time.

Wasn’t there but I’ve been embarrassed with our timewasting on many occasions - but hey, Lu’un (and Diving Danny) are angels, right?

In the grand scheme of things it’s just 3 points, but I think that’s one of the first games we’ve actually won vs top half opposition this season, so a big morale boost from that perspective.

I don’t expect us to keep the pace for the auto spots, but happy with the win and let’s keep up the form.

Its not like we didnt know Wycombe might use game play. We didn't perform well enough, they did. If we get undone and our knickers in a twist over that we need help. They turned us over and funnily enough The Beast for one of the first times versus us, was well shackled by Sheehan, but it allowed the other forwards space and time and they punished our slowness where ours didnt. Connick will be great but that was a round the keeper and roll it in to an open net option not shoot. We'll surely still go up but we're not great when its not our first eleven, just better than most. Tonight we were second best to a good side that haven't yet realised they are good enough to drop the bullshit gamesnmanship

That's the view of a lot of Wycombe fans to be fair, fuck knows why we do it when so much time get's added on by refs we just put ourselves under more pressure with desperate defending to hold onto the 3 points.

Very disappointing result last night. I think we were still back in the changing room for the first goal. Our defence were caught napping with a long ball over the top which eventually lead to the opener. The second our defence were left standing around ball watching instead of picking up their men. More worrying was how prone we were to the long ball over the top. Pulled out of position and had no pace to react. Not the first time this has happened at home. Third home game this season that we have conceded 3 goals which must be a concern. Hopefully the new CB will make a difference, although don't know too much about him. Wasn't all disappointing though at times I thought we were showing signs of getting back to the quick passing game we play so well and Elliot Lee was in fine form. We had enough chances to get more out of the game but their keeper played a blinder. Can't believe that Cornick missed the one on one. Was expecting him to round the keeper as he running at full pace. Cornick is though a work in progress and that's a part of his game I expect to improve. Fortunately we can afford to lose games and will no doubt lose a couple more at least this season. The important thing is that it doesn't happen on Saturday. We usually bounce back after a defeat and need to do so again.
