Jesus, no-one expected this. Two terrible teams going at it, one showing more the effort than the other & taking their chances.

5-0 though, what's going on at County? I actually feel for them, would make it a better league to see them up there & competing. Need a complete clear out in the summer.

My evaluation was:

County had more of the ball but didn't really threaten our goal, despite being the much better side in the first half.
However, we were far braver, more up for it and clinical. Also, Notts defence is truly abysmal and I always felt we were capable of scoring whenever on the attack.

What would annoy me most if I was a County supporter would be, in 2 league games only 1 side has shown the commitment, desire and spirit to win a local derby. Notts have been so flat in these games that I question that they are mentally tough enough to be footballers.

They aren't. Take someone like Noble, happy giving it the big one at home to Hartlepool on a Tuesday night, bottles out of every single big game he's had at the club. Can't wait til they fuck off in the summer.

Our fans didn't cover themselves in glory in a lot of ways today but this team/club doesn't deserve the supports its getting currently.

As for the pies, as many others have said above, a major clearout is needed. I've never known a County team to be so easily beaten by us.

The result was a surprise, from what I've heard it seems county just gave in after chapmans goal.

It's a bit of a frustration as we aren't a bad side - with another couple of additions and more balls at home we could have been in the playoffs - which in turn is a reflection of the quality of the league.

Another win from the last games would see us with the highest points total since our return to the league

If County had scored in the first half when they were on top, it would have been a completely different game. As it was, they completely gave up after Chapman's goal and showed virtually no fighting spirit.
Personally I think County will come back stronger next season intent on revenge so lets just enjoy this emphatic victory while we can.

County normally do this though, find league 1 a bit challenging, struggle for a few seasons, come down, struggle for 1-2 seasons - have a decent season and go back up and repeat process - seemingly hows its been for the last decade.

Am sure another dodgy investor is just around the corner

Well the photos of the damage have been doing the rounds, but in fairness that's probably 5-10 complete idiots making dicks out of themselves than the masses. Either way, I'm sure/expect us to bill county accordingly for it.
