Luton are essentially trying to put together a League 2 "Galacticos" and Evans is too stubborn to admit that some of his preferred starters are a liability at the moment.

Fully expecting him to start with Logan, Diamond and Mirfin, so if the "Home Form" Luton Town turn up, they'll have enough opportunities to better their Yeovil innings....I mean score.

We've only played 1 (lost 1) away game to a 90th minute winner. I dare say its a bit early to be deciding home and away form!

It was more of a nod to your home form. If the Yeovil performance is in the tank still, all you'll have to do is get the ball wide and have semi-decent delivery into the box.

Mirfin and Logan especially have struggled with that since day one of pre-season.

I'll be keeping a very close eye on Logan today. He hasn't done much right to date, but also the season is 3 games in. He needs to start coming off his line.

If he's not doing it now, especially given that he's supposedly an experienced keeper, I'm afraid it's never going to happen.
For all the rave reviews I've heard about Mirfin, it makes you wonder if a lot of his indecision when balls have come into the box has spanned from a lack of confidence in Logan.
Also Logan's communication to his back four just seems to be non-existent

Thing is we very often struggle for width as we play a narrow 442 diamond, things can often get a bit conjested in midfield when we aren't playing well, which is where my point about Jones struggling to change things come from. He is rarely able to change that from what I've seen.

2-0 now... Rea gives the ball away by the sounds of it, no shock there!

Seems we've been well beat in this one, still big question marks about Jones management of games IMO, this sort of inconsistency has been a chronic issue under him

Back to Earth. Typical Luton, but Mansfield excellent on and off the ball

To be fair to Jones he did change it up and we looked a bit better but more numbers committed up front got caught on the break with poor control by Rea giving it away. Mansfield been excellent in defense harrying rallying and pressing with no time or space for us and the lack of team experience togetherness too many stray passes under the pressure.
