I've noticed a recent decline this season of people making matching threads and replying to them. Probably down to not having fans active enough to make it seem worthy.

Instead of trying to force match threads on people I've made a big thread for anyone wanting to discuss their matches and not wanting to make a new thread.

If this seems popular then we can carry it on otherwise I will try match threads again.

Anyway over to you guys.

We can't quite match your run but we're in awful form too. We're 8 games without a win if you discount extra time in the cup. The only games we didn't lose were draws against MK Dons and struggling L2 Crawley. Those 5 defeats include 4-0 at Millwall, 5-1 at home to Charlton and most recently 2-1 at home to Barrow.

Not sure this one is going to be a free flowing, high scoring classic that will live long in the memory. It will probably end up a draw.

I used to enjoy making the Gas threads but I'm becoming a Jonah. This used to work welll on the Conference board so it will be interesting to see if it works here.
If it doesn't I don't mind knocking up threads for clubs without a lot of members on the forum.

In reality there's no reason why teams with more supporters can't have their own thread and just have a big one for the rest. Pointless making match threads if no one will use it.

This works better I think, certainly does in the non-league forum. This board is a ghost town most of the time so every little helps.

We have what looks like a straight-forward game at home to Shrewsbury. The kind of game we usually don't win.

Bury's poor run will come to an end today, I had a gut feeling we'd lose against barrow and I should of put money on it, I can't go today, but we really are playing terrible at the back.
I think Clarke will try and provide more cover for the back line today and ultimately cost us going forward, so I will be backing Bury for a 1-0 win at 16/1

I just don't have any belief against anyone that we play at the moment, roll forward January
