I find it quite interesting how you can win games in the top echelon of non-league without a functioning striker.

Hard earned point.

Thought we missed Denton tonight.

Aldershot (and Boreham Wood, apparently )
Well that was shit. Usual defensive shambles, not helped by Mitch Walker getting sent off after 15 mins. Weymouth are no great shakes, but better than a dispirited and gutless Aldershot. Established now at low mid-table where we belong.

If B2TF was a football match, Wrexham v Halifax tonight would have been it.

You wouldn’t say that watching this performance tonight, Alty should have scored another 2 or 3, not one shot on target from us.

We’re screwed.
Alty looked a very decent side on Saturday. If they upgraded Harrison they’d be even better!

How bad can it get under McMahon for the owners to realise this experiment has failed miserably, Saturdays win against Lynn papered over some massive cracks and tonight straight back to the utter dross. We’re making McCallum looks shite, how bad must we be.

Cancel the season before we get sucked in to a real relegation battle.

Altrincham will win by 1 goal. But it will be 5-4 going by our form.
Your result prediction was nearly right and Alty should have had 5,.. but I dont think our keeper had to make a single save all night, yours made several and the woodwork saved you twice.

Having said that the pitch was really heavy and very hard to play footy on that, but to both sides credit they both tried. Would have been a great game on a decent pitch but its pi..ed down here all afternoon.

Hi actually did OK tonight on a difficult pitch, we have so many clever players we do need someone to hold things up and he did that reasonably well. Still not good enough yet,.. but knowing our management they will improve him.

Two teams cancelled each other out in the end. We brought on a young lad from Palace at half time for the terrible Umerah. Ten minutes in we have our left back sent off and he had to chase everything himself. Normally Whitfield, Nemane and Evans would be supporting him but we had to be in more central roles.

I was surprised you didnt offer more,.. always rated Emmanuel highly but we dont let teams play and keep them on the back foot and are playing with tons of confidence and can beat anyone now.

Take the point at BW all day long.. Quite clearly a well drilled and solid outfit, it’s no surprise they have the best defensive record in the league.

Onto Dagenham and Redbridge this weekend...

You're gonna pretend like we didn't have your pants around your ankles at the end? Just to prove we cudda won if we'd wanted to? :fl:

Not my cup of tea at all but you can clearly see he cares. I'd back him to get you out of it if he can bring in a few of his Solihull rugby mates.

Easiest 3 points you’ll get all season, just turn up with some effort as our lot don’t bother doing that, overpaid and lazy twats.

I'm off to have a morning dip into Red Passion, always good for a laugh when things aren't going their way and provides perfect insight into why fans should NEVER have executive powers at their football clubs. :woot:

Quote from RP: "We should be steamrollering teams like Halifax...no offence to Halifax" :fl:
Oh boy, and when have Wrexham ever done that? I think somebody need to check their team's history against Halifax. :bdick:

We looked knackered to be honest, will be our 5th game in 14 days after pretty much 5 weeks off. That's my worry

Before kickoff I would have taken a point, and a point was overall a fair result. Whilst both teams had chances to score I don’t think anyone could have a complaint with the final score. You could see why Torquay have the lead they have in the league.

On to another big game at the weekend.

Most of ours look fat and knackered, something not quite right at our club and the fans are turning.

I mean we all know this sort of thing goes on all the time, especially in this league..

But find it slightly odd to actually admit it in an interview?

Fair play to the guy in that he’s clearly open with his ‘pragmatic’ style but surely by being so open about it will only hamper them in future games as you’d think the referee’s might wise up to it (Although probably unlikely with standard of officiating down here)!! No surprise Ashmore involved mind..

Ashmore in gamesmanship shocker!

The fat lump is a decent keeper as well at this level, he must get a jolly being a doyle in games.
