Really easy win for Cheltenham last night, Macclesfield never looked like getting a point and were going through the motions towards the end. Pleased to have closed the gap on Forest Green but Woking on Saturday looks like it could be a real test of our title credentials.

As we beat FGR, can you give us a point on Saturday please?

Seems we could have been out of sight by half time. Frustrating - stupid from Heslop to lunge in for a tackle like that when he is one of the more experienced heads in our team.

We'd be much better if Youngy was fit :(

Bet ya he still doesnt crack a smile though.
I would much rather have hill then the tub of lard excuse maker we have at the moment, brabin needs to start making some difficult decisions now if the players are not turning up fine or drop them .

We look fine just below the play off places until you realise we have already played the bottom 6
I didn't think Brabin was much to blame last night. Selects the side that beat Chester fairly comfortably, fires them up at half-time to come out and pull a goal back from ko, sees Mangan struggling and replaces with Jackson, then we equalise. Arguably should have shifted Jackson onto the wing and brought Blissett on when they went down to 10 men and couldn't fathom why Holness ahead of Ridehalgh on the subs bench. Though like you have major doubts he's the right man.

It would be interesting to get a Southport take on the game. The red card seemed harsh and they had the best players on the park in Almond and Gary Jones.

I have seen some shocking refs in my time but none as abysmal as Ben Cooke. Absolute dickhead.
He was the AR at our game with Chester and managed some dodgy decisions in that capacity too.

Excellent second half performance from us, we did to Wrexham what other teams did to us last year and got in their face from the off, chased down every ball and they just couldn't handle it. Same old Mill's, pretty tippy tappy stuff with no end product and no plan B, tactically out thought by Crosby tonight. Their keeper should have walked for his "tackle" on Bowman in the first half.

Well, yes and no really for me.

Yes, we were out-thought and yes we saw the bad side of Mills.

No, it was never a sending off. Your lad didn't have the ball under control and our defenders were closing so it didn't really tick any boxes as a clear goal scoring opportunity. Definite foul by Belford, mind, and a challenge he just didn't need to make but a yellow was the right decision.
