I had one of those on Sunday. Forgot how glorious they were. Infact I had a burger at Woking... My diet this week has been shockingly bad.

Problem was I had Subway on my commute cos that's all I had time for and I hadn't eaten breakfast/ lunch. My stomach was dead this morning, I could feel the water retention... It was horrible. At 25 my body is already reacting poorly to a crap diet.

Seeing as Loughborough is the midway point, Nottingham is dirty northern territory. Leicester is less so, it depends where you lived. If it was around Clarenden Park then that's a safe haven. If it was Evington or towards DMU, may God have mercy on your soul.

I'm 10 minutes east of Loughbrough but closer to Leicester. The entire outer suburbs of Leicester are the pits tbf.

Nottingham is best however.

Oadby is lovely! If you get the chance, go to Grimsby Fish & Chip shop on Welford Road. Regularly won the best chippy in Leicestershire award and it was glorious. Fairly long queues in the evening time however.

Good on chilli, just about acceptable on a jacket spud in the absence of good salty butter. But anything else, no way.

Meh, Oadby is quite far out and doesn't make up for Evington, Beaumont Leys etc.

I only put sour cream on my chilli if I put chocolate in it. Gives it a nice balance. Can see how it would ruin a burrito.
