Well that was different. Boro hadn't got a clue how to break down Robinson's innovative 6-3-0-1 formation until the final 'hail mary' into the box found Rhodes' head. Otherwise a very well drilled Dons defence kept them well away from the shooting areas after Bowditch had scored an unlikely goal with a superb bit of skill to turn the defender and then deceive the goalkeeper by shinning it straight at him.

Ho hum - still an unexpected point even though it feels like a defeat right now.

I don't know why boro didn't start him rhodes ALWAYS scores against us! he single handedly got udders to old trafford in the play off final when they played us a few years ago.

Gutted we couldn't hold out but what a performance that was if we can play like that against derby we may stand a chance
