Decent XI that. Six changes again but Hall and Smith fit so a strong enough back line on paper all be it little option there on the bench.

Looks like Massey and Harrison up too with Wilson in a 3-4-3 which worked so well against Ipswich.

Yeah. Bench looks ok going forward or with Wozza but Derek is untested if one of the central defenders go down! Didn’t get a look in on loan at Chorley did he?!

On a side note looks like the attendance in the away end will take a knock! The official bus tickets had the wrong time printed (16:00 instead of 14:30) so looks like a few turned up and the coaches had gone an hour or so before!

Good performance there I reckon. Both teams could have scored a couple more. They look really dangerous on set pieces and Mehmeti very good. When we get on the ball I’ve liked what have seen though.

Referee seems to have different standards as to what he will accept from Wycombe or us as we seem to be pulled up on everything them not so and we’ve had to deal with the set pieces but have created 4 or 5 decent chances and deserve the goal. Proper scramble from a corner and Willo pokes home.

1-1 fair result on the balance of chances created (in fact Vale have probably had better & more chances, but they haven't taken them, so...). We are generally worse in the second half of games though, so Vale can take heart from that.

The one where Harrison rounded the keeper he was never scoring that. There were two covering defenders and at an acute angle. The one he should have done better with is the header off Robinsons cross.

Decent performance on the face of it a good point but with the chances we had it does feel like we dropped two there. That said last five minutes they had a go and we had to dig deep.

Their lad should of walked for the tackle on the advantage when booked but meh it’s another point and 1 loss in 6 is nothing to be that down about.

Just got to close down those long rangers as we seem to concede those too often.

Ho hum, we are just frustratingly inconsistent at the moment, but Vale played well and were good value for the point.

Ergh, how do Accrington always seem to do it.

Clear they came for the point, timewasting from the start

So comfortable at 1-0, didnt feel under treat. They offered nothing. The only header they won all night they score.

I forgot how much of a dirty team Accy are. Complaining about everything, players going down to timewaste, surprisingly enough it stopped when they.were.losing.

Based on that performance i do think Accy will be in trouble this season.

Frustrating at 1-0 we cant finish the job!
