Plays like Grealish but a little more pace......Not composed at times but he is improving all the time.
Pinched from West Ham on a free, but doubt he will see out his three year deal with us.

We have only kept 1 clean sheet so far this season against Accrington. Defensive fraialties letting down decent play just like last season. I have no idea what stage Portsmouth are in their rebuild so I'll hope for a win but probably end up watching another score draw.

Cambridge for us, which could prove to be a tricky one. But until we know who's back and who's missing then we won't know how tricky.

10 days without a game has probably come at the right time, not in terms of needing a rest but a chance to get some players back.

Seems like Lincoln are improving but it's potentially still a good time to play them.

Apart from our Captain being out for most of the season, we should have a fit squad with some knocks having had a chance to heal. Hoolahan will play and we might even see Lankester get some minutes but we'll still seek to play on the counter I suspect.

Hopefully we can carry on where we left off and make it 3 wins in a row(!). A draw would probably be a decent result mind.

100%. If we play like that for the rest of the season the results will come. We were missing Declan John, Sheehan and Bakayoko tonight too who would all start. Still think we are a striker light. Wish we had got Jebbison

We’ve got a few players who will be playing at a higher level with or without us in a couple of years. Santos, Dapo and him are all quality players. We’ve got a good starting 11 when everyone is fit/available but don’t have the quality of depth IMO. If we are in and around it in Jan I think we will bring in 2/3 quality additions for a push.

Santos excellent bar one slip
Came on here and said we would finish top half....And that is exactly what we will do.
This team is growing and improving week on week, dont rule out a repeat of last season, if we have a chance of promotion the board will back Evatt but i wont be too bothered if this season we just grow as a team and give it a right go next season.

Sooner rather than later we will be back in the championship and the tinpot supporters who would rather stand on terraces can breath a sigh of relief that you wont have to visit our soul less ground any more.

I’d rather be top of the actual league. Haha. But we are better than I expected us to be in this league. The goals and wins will come if we play like we did in recent weeks. I expected the step up to be a lot bigger but all promoted teams look competitive.

I’m happy with hasslebank, and he turned us round amazingly last season, but Jesus, he set us up so defensively tonight. Flat with no pace and lumping long balls up. Have a look Jimmy lad, as we can’t play like that again. It was shite to watch. Should have lost 3-4 nil, so be grateful for that at least.
Still got some players to come back but that was not good enough. Bolton look a top 6 side.

in all Honesty Doyle needs upgrading, can he do a job in lge 1 certainly, but he gets marked out of the game if the opposition have two lumps.
Amaechi can be anything we wont see him until November
Dapo will improve week on week............We missed Sheehan Today just to unlock a defence

If the board want promotion this season Daniel Sturridge would rip this league up

Our squad is a lot deeper than last season............this team can only improve

Our plan B is Bakayoko who is injured atm. Big physical unit who is quick. Beyond that not much.

I think Doyle can do a decent job at this level but I’m not convinced he can play 46 games. We really need Bakayoko back ASAP. We signed 3/4 players on loan in Jan last season which really improved us and I can see us doing the same again this season especially if we are in the mix.
