Most clubs use something that's properly designed for football, I only mock because I saw the Lincoln fans complaining about it on your forum so clearly it's not working very well. Eventbrite is more for when you're gonna have maybe under 100 attendees and don't need to worry about things like allocated seating and crowd control, like a small business conference or a curry evening.
Ah right, well they wanted to go into the football market and we are/were the first to be involved with them so we're a bit of a guinea pig.

There's been the odd running problem (having to enter your card details every time instead of them being stored, for example) and a couple of times it's crashed as tickets have been released but on the whole it's run well.

We've been using Eventbrite for some time too - obviously we are tinpot and it's only a couple of hundred maximum that would pre-book. I think they've actually been okay and works well, but I remember there was one time where the deal meant you got a free ticket to the following home game - I think it was Wrexham fans were coming to collect their tickets on the day and were also being given a ticket for Barrow vs Solihull the next week. Probably are some kinks in it, but if it gets a few more advanced bookings then it's doing okay.

Not many ambulances in Cornwall?
Truro 0-1 Concord at the time
Truro player had possible broken arm

Has any decision been made for that? Concord, rightly, pissed off about the whole situation. Truro have postponed games on a whim before - 2 x floodlights failures (Corby winning with 4 mins to go being one), late weather related postponements etc which means opponents have to travel massive distances midweek.

Was 14 minutes of that game left, they were 1 down.

The result should absolutely stand. If Concord were mid table would they even bother making a 5 hour journey to replay the game? I remember Hayes using a similar excuse to get a game abandoned against Gateshead a few years ago.

Apparently this isn't the Aylesbury team further up the pyramid but even so

https://fanbanter.co.uk/non-league-...name-kit-colours-and-crest-in-planned-merger/

Following non league side Aylesbury FC’s merger with Bedgrove Dynamos, they have now revealed a change in their club name, their kit colours and crest.

From the 2019/20 season, they merger club will be known as ‘Aylesbury Vale Dynamos’,

Why exactly is this tinpot? And besides, both Aylesbury teams (these and United) are at the same level and in the same league, at least until this one get demoted at the end of the season for their changing rooms being too small.

A newly married couple leading the Barrow side out yesterday. They are almost certainly brother and sister.

Some daft bint from Paris on the BBC news saying it's comparable to 9/11.

That's almost as bizarre as Solihull fans claiming they're not bankrolled.

Interesting to see Barra making more out of this than we are and it's our fancy dress.

Their actions are fully deserving of its place in the tinpot thread.

Barra are proper buzzing
Obsession with Hartlepool fancy dress is clearly a Cumbrian thing, remember rasta-gate?

Did your lot wank themselves silly as well like?

Clubs having 'banter' with each other on twitter is incredibly tinpot, we should all be ashamed.

It was a bit blown out of proportion. A couple of Poolies said they were going to go in blackface, other Poolies said that was a bit inappropriate, we issued a statement saying anyone wearing blackface wouldn't be allowed in... it all kicked off but we probably wouldn't have been treated to the sight of Ronnie Moore in a rasta wig without it.

Didn't know you were a fan of half and half scarves

Who wouldn’t be? Also, someone was trying to sell counterfeit Solihull tickets and I’m not sure if it’s tinpot or needs a new thread about how MASSIVE the Brotherhood clubs are.
