I'd say it's a great sign, the club appear to be preparing for the worst case (a prolonged stay beyond parachute payments) to give the best possible funding for the squad and keeping the club healthy?

We've always cut our cloth accordingly and had less money that just about everyone else but this feels like we're preparing a plan to go part-time if we don't go up this year.

Lots of disappointing elements to relegation I know but whatever steps are necessary to keep our clubs afloat have to be seen as positives in the long run. Just my opinion anyway

I'm with Steve. Looks to me Yeovil are simply taking steps not to overspend and/or to direct funds to the more important stuff like the first team squad for ex. Best to do this sort of thing now then to wait and then start downsizing only when you learn that you're in the red. Which is exactly what we did.
