Had it on good authority that covers are bought and paid for with no issues whatsoever irrespective of whether the fans chuck in or not. It was noted that the last time covers were bought the fans happily chipped in to buy them. It was then suggested, that as the club had lots of goodwill towards it and that he fans in general want to be seen supporting their community club, they would ask the fans for a contribution.

This is smart marketing as it makes people feel invested in their community club and they can make a communal difference.

I'm really laughing at you mugs trying to make this into something it isn't. Are we that under your skin? Christ knows what you will do if we beat you on the pitch, self immolation probably.

Yep, I don't make the rules for a TRIGGERING but I will definitely admit that they are relentlessly petty and objectively cruel. It was Wrexham yesterday, you lot today...we play Solihull away tomorrow so it will probably be our turn then.

If anyone mentions Chesterfield then a dozen Spireite sockpuppet accounts pile on to prove how unbothered they are about whats been said.

The frost covers thing seems fairly standard for clubs in this league surely? most of us have done something similar at one point on another. They've spent a lot of Tshimanga so extra money is probably needed for these supplementary things- and to be fair that decision is paying off at the moment, although as pointed out it is November and even we have been top of this division at one point or the other. We were even top in May a few years back (the season Macclesfield went up I think)- didn't even make the play offs that year.

I suspect he’ll get a league club in the summer if we don’t go up. Cracking player, but there’s a little bit of a sense of it being a marriage of convenience for me. He’s extremely good in the air to be playing in a team which actively does everything possible to stop the ball ever going in the air, and I do have a feeling that Burch wouldn’t mind someone quicker as his main centre forward. Although he did make him vice captain, I guess.

I'd rather keep Wootton and lose Burchnall if that's the choice.
