Both Home Bargains and B&M Waste have local connections, though I can see the new sponsor ups the tinpot rating. At least their logo won't clash with our kit so much:bg:

Wasn't there something about Danny Racchi in here a while back?

Yes.

Signed for us and came out with all this passionate guff about being so proud to play for his hometown club etc. He then turned out to be gutless and pretty rubbish. So we released him. He then made an account on our forum and argued with fans. He then signed for Tamworth and bet a Town fan that they'd beat us by 3 clear goals (in the week leading up to the FA Trophy tie) as he said he was far better than us and would boss our midfield etc.

Tamworth then promptly released him the next day

You don't agree then?

He's only 50 trophies behind him.

Pennock and Sir Alex Ferguson in the same sentence. As an avid ABU in Fergie's time managing the club, I can say without doubt that I don't agree.

To be fair that was made due to Worsnop talking about the play offs every time we won a game last season, I thought it was quite funny. Rather expensive joke, mind.

There are 1or 2 similarities to be honest.
Both their names start with A, both manage teams who's supporters are equally well liked and known for their humility...........
Erm, now i'm struggling.........

Mr Pennock played football at a considerably higher level than Sir Baconface :fish:

Don't know ehat is worse. The scarves or idiots that buy them.
No 'proper' fan would ever buy a scarf with half of it advertising another club.
It's not like you can ever wear it,is it?
By the way, what ever happened to silk scarves?
And wearing them round the wrist?

This half and half scarf bollocks needs banning.

If Woking had a big cup tie against some one I might consider getting a half and half scarf as a keep sake. I wouldn't go around wearing it, holding it up etc. though.

Every time Gary Johnson does that horrific fist pump thing I'm on the verge of cringing to death.

Someone wants to time travel back to the 70s don't they?
Agree with the comment about half and half scarves, fucking cringeworthy

I love the fist pump, don't care how cringey or tinpot it is, I love it. Nearly as much as I love hearing Happiness by Ken Dodd when leaving Whaddon Road.
