We'll be awarded promotion by virtue of still being in business and being one of the only sides in this league who can actually afford to go up.

15000 Wrexham plus 5000 Aldershot is 20,000. :bdick:
Another 20k will be there to see the glorious day Wrexham finally get promoted out of this tinpot league.

Sadly, we always fuck it up in front of big crowds so we'll lose 3-1.

It's a Wrexham v Aldershot play off final.

40000 crowd.

The playoff final is at Wembley so we won't be there, never played at Wembley and every time we get close we bottle it.

We'll probably get a home semi against Dover and lose 0-1

We also like to bottle things, lose in playoffs, and we most definitely don't like to win leagues outright. Sutton's league?

They have a plastic pitch so they are ruled out. Since the next team would be Dover I think one of us three need to accidentally win the league (and by that I mean Wrexham)

They can’t afford to go up, their chairman said as much the other day and their manager wasn’t too keen on the promotion idea either. Practically praying they get reffed out of it he was.

They're definitely winning it then.

"With loan players we've brought in lately, the parent clubs have to realise they need to contribute more towards the wages to allow them to come here.

 What planet is this clown on?
Great! It's hilarious how he complains about not being able afford wages in a league market that he PERSONALLY inflated beyond all reasonable measure. The prick isn't even an Eastleigh fan- he's an Oxford fan playing Championship Manager with someone else's football club, although it should be noted he only started this circus once Oxford were safely promoted back to the Football League and wouldn't be hampered by his shenanigans. Looking forward to the day he runs out of brass and this joke of a club fall back into the abyss they came from.:£:£:£:£:£:£:£:£

How did such a thick bastard make so much money in the first place.

I found his comments hilarious.

Ben Jefford will end up there. He's played for us, Welling and FGR under Day. And been shit at all three.

To spice things up he played for us last season. Well I say played, he occasionally went on the pitch in a Sutton kit

Well, you know, we're at a stage now where people are recognising that, 100% due to the grotesque distortions inflicted on the wage and transfer markets by the fake clubs like the Gatesheads, Guislys, Eastleighs, Forest Greens, Grays Athletics, Brackleys, Salfords et al, we're stuck unless we get some investment in. When shit like Guisly and Gateshead are going full time on home gates of 6-700, clubs that run themselves properly on their streamed incomes have to run like billio just to stay where they are. When the powers-that-be won't take action, it's time to think about playing the bastards at their own game. :ds:

So you'd rather get relegated and be a yo yo team than get a backer who could keep you in the league.

And risk the future of the club in the process? Too many teams have gone under, aiming for sustainability rather than success whatever the cost isn't a bad thing.
