Its a 3 phase project. Part of first phase is erecting the temporary stand. As well work on the terrace behind the goal.
Phase two is improving the main stand which will be a 1300 all seated stand by the start of next season, then phase three will be removing the temporary stand and erecting a permanent proper 2000 seated stand. I kept it brief as you are likely on hold to the Universal Credit Office.

Not confirmed but I'd expect it to be Gloucester and Oxford City.

Likely to be two out of Gloucester, Oxford or Braintree
