We've had no wingers for the past 2 seasons and now we have 5. Yeah very strange playing danny Rowe centre midfield. Every credit to Halifax. Absolutely murdered us. Read this fylde chit chat thing on facebook and a good number of fylde fans were saying that the manager shouldnt be blamed. Crazy. The manager has really been backed this season. We've always had 4/5 loan players. Not this term so the buck has to stop with the manager. We have been shambolic this season.

We lost 7 players to football league clubs pre season and I genuinely believed that we would only miss Lynch. Maybe I was wrong. One thing is for sure, many people were telling me Montgomery is a class keeper. Jay lynch is a 100 times better and he saved us so many points last year.

It's a difficult one for me because challinor has done a good job for us. Been here a long time now and apart from this season he's had playing arguably the best football in the division. I dont know whether he has taken us as far as he can. Our owner has always backed him and has been extremely loyal to him but if we get beat on monday in my opinion he should be shown the door. I cant put into words how bad our performances have been this season. We dont look like scoring, nevermind beating teams so I'm amazed people keep saying we'll be right up there at the end of the season.

That's no discredit to halifax by the way. Certainly deserved the win. Back to back 4-1 defeats is shocking though

You did look handy going forward. I was worried when you scored just before half time. Defence was shocking though. Number 4 in particular couldn’t deal with Sho-Silva.

Sort your defence out and you’ll turn things around. You’ve a lot of goals in that side when things start to click.

The Yeovil manager has just canned the story of our two and a bit seasons here in this league into a 1:51 clip. And just like us, he doesn't have a clue how to get around all that.

How did you play yesterday? Do you look like a team that's going to challenge?

Interesting to see how well bromley have started after a few on here tipped them up
We haven’t got going yet and have had a decent set of opening fixtures.
Keeping quiet for at least another 3/4 games.

How are there 2 goals in this game? I'd relegate us both.

Days like this make me wish we'd gone bust in 2012.

What is wrong with your team -- I have money on you to at last get promoted. Think that's been wasted now. I can't believe with the size of your fanbase how crap your team is. Why ?

Can people stop going back over Saturday's results whilst there's games currently on.

Brian Hughes has to be the worst manager ever. How has he killed our defence this much?

We have a shit board full of egotistical wankers who think they know best, but really they have zero football knowledge and hire shite manager after shite manager.

Many other Wrexham fans on here may disagree but it's my opinion anyway.

If Bury and Bolton are to be expelled then I pray that the FA allows four sides up from the connie this year, one of which could (hopefully) be Wrexham. Thing is I'll amazed if they choose this option when they've got an easier way out of all this : the bottom two in L2 to get a reprieve, and that just doesn't seem fair to me.

If Bury & Bolton do get expelled I can guarantee the EFL will not relegate anyone. The problem is though, clubs at the bottom of L2 will just not be worried about improving as knowing they won't go down means they can save money on their squads, not having to spend to survive.

yep - and knowing the EFL even if a 3rd team got kicked out they wouldn't dare promote 3 from the National League in case it strengthened the 3 up 3 down chances - they'd play 1 team short next season and only relegate 1 then.

That's already a given, no relegation from league 2 or (one) surely that makes the league unviable and its not a competitive league?

Very enjoyable comeback that I am sure will be irritating Barra fans over leaving with nul points. Lots of confidence in the team, and well-placed aggression. Combining that will with the winning mindset and we’ve secured 16 points already, which is worth marvelling over given our pre-season. Excited to see which of these players will have gained a real reputation come May or earlier, but with a distinctly tinpot top seven, Saturday will be just another game to prove themselves.

Chuffed we had today of all days reserved for the Raiders fixture. Beer and food in Ulverston, a historical stop-off at Gleaston, the first win I’ve seen there all in the sun with the goals coming in our end, then a walk to the pub once we arrived where we’re staying. When I get up tomorrow I’ll be moving my things into my new place in west Cumbria, and giving up the Yorkshire life. Things have gone off to a great start.

You can take man out of Yorkshire but you can't take the Yorkshire out of the man. Yorkie till I die. :box:

We're looking a very accomplished team these days and the squad has strength in depth too. Even Neil Aspin's Shaymen always had one or two in the squad who you knew had been brought in to make up the numbers. There isn't anyone you could say that about in this new lot.

Be afraid Brothers, be very afraid..............:bdick:
