Decent game that, point seemed like a fair result to me, we had a few half chances second half, they took their goal really well, impressed with Woking, the big lads at the back are going to be undone with any kind of pace when defending but they’re a massive threat upfront.

And 101 Woking fans all the way up North with it being on telly, absolutely brilliant.

Didn't take our chances for a second goal, Toure's finish near the end was poor, but Woking played well and didn't deserve to lose. Think they'll do alright this season.

How much of a scruffy c*** is Noble? Looks like he hasn’t showered or read a book in his life.

Looks like Mullings is doing Aldershot a favour and getting a retrospective suspension.

No need for a relegation thread this season - we're going down with Chorley and Ebbsfleet

Strange how back at the end of last seaso Chorley away was the most difficult game of the season and now on paper it's one of the easiest. And it's not even like either squad has changed that much.

Can't help but feel the shift we put in on Tuesday against Fylde will really have taken it out of us and we might slip up here.

Well, I did say on paper

That was dreadful. Being stood in a bus shelter watching us get pummelled whilst 10 kids get excited in the home end - made me nostalgic for the old days.

I can say this safely now having seen both play numerous times. Shamir Mullings is worse than Joe Quigley. Quigley can’t score for shit but he’s actually led the line ok of late and has linked well with Balanta and Luque (who seem to have pulled him up a level). I’d much rather have a better striker obviously but he’s not completely useless. Mullings was utterly diabolical and doesn’t seem to have had a good game in his career.

Maidenhead could have had no complaints had we won that 3 or 4 nil, completely dominated and we had four players unavailable.

Slowly creeping up there.

Fully agree, unfortunately when you play 433 it's wise to have a squad with more than 3 senior centre mids in it for when one is away on international duty, and it's also wise to not play 2 target men with one shunted out to the wing.

Never looked like getting anything out of the game today.

What happened with him at Notts? Seen loads of stuff on Twitter from him having a dig.

It was tried in pre-season and didn't work so not sure why Devonshire felt the need to go back to it, but unsurprisingly a 433 with two target men and no genuine winger is a daft tactical plan and defeat today was inevitable. Not enough depth at CM either with Comley on international duty.
Someone in the crowd shouted out "come on midfield..sort it out"
My reaction was that I didn't think we had a midfield.
Total rubbish today.

Fair enough....you were by far the better team.
Expect to see you challenging of you got a decent striker.
Result settled by a very soft penalty.

Not surprised that tiredness showed after recent efforts, though it's a shame we had to follow beating two of the title favourites with failing to turn up at the team bottom of the league. The squad thinness is starting to show, you can't rely on the same 13-14 twice a week

I can actually see us losing this one! We don't fair well against Chorley!
No doubt we will score and lose.

One more actually, Liam Noble might play for a Brother but he is hands down the biggest bell in the entire league. You just knew he’d do something after scoring that penalty. Celebrates every goal as though he’s scored the winner in the World Cup Final too.

It’s the Forest Green in him.

Do me a favour,Noble done that after he scored because of the shithousery by the Woking players.
The keeper & defenders delaying the penalty, the no3 scuffing the penalty spot, noticable BT didnt show that though.
Woking's physio beats Noble hands down in the bell end stakes.
Yes we were lucky, but who cares, look what happened to us against Fylde.
Well played lickle ol Woking.

I thought Mullings looked like Bambi on ice when I saw him play for Thamesmead a few times years ago, couldn't believe it when I noticed he'd made his way into the Football League. Doesn't seem to stick around anywhere for long.

I think FGR Chris predicted Mullins would get 30+ goals the season they signed him.

Probably because they can't show stuff which didn't happen.

No-one beats Noble in the bell end stakes.
