Genuinely, what’s happened to Yeovil. Seemed to be serious auto candidates at one stage. Missing/lost some vital players?

Losing James Tilley (recalled from loan) and Lawson D'ath (injury) has taken all our midfield creativity away. We haven't been able to replace them and it just seems to have been a downward spiral. I thought the battling win at Torquay on New Year's Day showed we were up for the fight but since then in particular we've got worse and worse. I don't see a way out of it.

Indiscipline is a big factor in our bad form recently. Miles ahead in the bad boy league table.

Wrexham on the other hand seem to be a bit too nice.

Not sure Notts County's six red cards should see them lower in the table than Dover with one, regardless of the amount of yellows.

Wrexham i think come under the Welsh FA for suspensions as there's no way they've not had a single card this season.
We were top of the bad boys list until about October - it shows how much we've improved our discipline...

You might say we were the best at indiscipline. Another triumph for the Bluebirds.

Yes, mad we’ve had 6 reds but only 47 bookings in 38 games. However, Michael Doyle alone is responsible for exactly half the sendings off.

One of them was overturned as well, but presumably still counts.

Mitch Rose has also got a quarter of our total bookings, which is sort of impressive.

More to the point, why is that table suggesting there’s only about 6 games left for most teams this season?

It's probably a given that they'd come in for him.

Doyle has three reds to his name and is currently serving a ban. Makes us look far dirtier than we actually are.

Just questioning the validity of a disciplinary table where you could, in theory, be the worst offenders despite having no red cards.

How come we're not talking about a club that's 2nd in the National League, 3/4 of the way through the season, getting 801 for a home game? These bastards are knocking on the door of the Football League but can't bring out a 4 figure crowd on a Tuesday night. Not even a Champions League night. What IS the fucking point? :dk::£:£:£:£:£

Those crowds for teams in the top six....holy shit.
LET US OUT PLEASE!!
THIS is what I was talking about the other day and either yourself or some other county fan came out and stuck up for clubs like these. They've BOUGHT a place in this division and are now being allowed to try to BUY their way into the Football League- at the expense of REAL football clubs like ours! Do you get it now? :£:£:£

Solihull and Harrogate are terrible examples of hobby clubs.

Harrogates plastic pitch will be very funny if it stops them going up.

It won't- Mr Moneybags will rip it up and write another cheque for a real pitch! THIS is what they do! :£

I hope we're all backing Barrow to win the league. Yet another moneyed 'project' purchasing a league place will be terrible

As tinpotters go, Barrow are not bad as they've always had a relatively good fanbase and they do at least have a Football League history (albeit 1 million years ago).

But yeah I agree with all those who are demanding a thorough financial investigation as to just how they are doing this before allowing them out.

As for Harrogate, we'll see them having a convenient poor run of form and maybe some 'injuries' to key players soon enough in order to fade away safely into one of the away playoff positions.

That'll be once Weaver's dad does his sums and realises the true cost and likely devastation a promotion could cause. It's the last thing they want. You could even go as far to say that it would RUIN them. In summary, they need to pull a Sutton sharpish.

Our promotion to the Championship was the worst thing that could have happened to us. We lost a play off final a few years previous to that and our Chairman secretly said at the time he was petrified of us going up as financially we couldn't sustain it. When we did finally go up we lasted one season and then plummeted down the leagues to where we are now. Be careful what you wish for.

We've done the same. Got into the old first division but couldn't compete financially, best players go and you end up in a hole pretty quickly.
Sunderland, Huddersfield, Portsmouth and Wigan are all carrying the hangover.

Great to have been there though. Nobody can take that top flight season away from me.

It was me and I still stand by the right for tiny clubs to give it a go but for all money spent by the owners to be gifts not loans that wreck the club down the line.
In the end gravity takes over and Rushden, Histon, FGR will all find their natural level, as will we, can't sustain Premiership or even Championship any more but could stabilise at Div 1.
Stockport, Wrexham, Chesterfield, Notts all have the ability to go higher and maintain it. Harrogate, Boreham Wood will give it a go but in the end it won't last, but still think they have the right to give it a go, otherwise what's the point of a competitive pyramid of leagues.

how many would you think Notts will bring to Barrow on the 7th March?
As with our 1st meeting this season we have a full 2 weeks off before playing you to prepare... subject to the wind of course.

I would think 350 minimum up to 600 if we're on a good run and in with a chance of catching you.
Barring disasters I'll be there and I don't go to that many so there's probably quite a few like me who've pencilled it in.
