Wrexham forum talking about Redmond and lynchings. Classy guys.
It was "whoever is responsible for keeping Redmond needs lynching" although I agree ita still not right but it's not what your trying to make it sound likeWrexham forum talking about Redmond and lynchings. Classy guys.
Why will you? What guarantee is there of that happening? Personally you look like what you are, an unbalanced team propped up by expensive flops like Tozer.Personally I'm not worried, we will improve.
Think we all predicted that on the most underwhelming team signs 10 players day the NL has ever seen. After tonight's result looks like we're having a squad shakeup as GJ has admitted that some of our side aren't up to the standard required.

COVID buffer round the dugouts, COVID buffer round the directors box, end block of the Main Stand only half sold for people who want social distance - easily 3 or 400 seats there. The 3 home stands total 6,800 so only a couple of hundred ST exiles not in attendance. We may need that new stadium though.A home sell out should’ve equated to 7000 ish so it’s a lot of season ticket holders (or ticket holders) to not turn up
That window is going to cost you I think. Our midfield was the weakest part of the side before Davies got injured. No idea why hes gone with Redmond today.
Weve been screwed over by the tranfer window again. Didn't have time to get the last few deals for some midfielders over the line.
I’m not worried about Wrexham - their squad was cobbled together in a couple of months, their manager also has only been there for the same time and they’ve had a really tough start but still put in some impressive performances. I do think Mullin will be closer to 15 goals than the 30 they probably expected from him though. Why will you? What guarantee is there of that happening? Personally you look like what you are, an unbalanced team propped up by expensive flops like Tozer.
Even if you do improve are you really suggesting the teams already way above you wont either? Apparently only Wrexham will "gel" and every two bob fan in Wrexham can guarantee it.
Weymouth have had us, Notts, Solihull, Borehamwood and Dagenham and they're only a point behind you so you can caveat your opinion with "no disrespect" all you want but to call them a pushover at this stage of the season is out of whack with what's gone on. You've had Southend and Maidenhead so you haven't had it that bad yet, looking at what has gone on so far. It's a long season this.
Got Notts and Grimsby fans giving Wrexham their turn for the slating, it was only the other week I watched Wrexham give Notts County a bit of a chasing, Notts parked the bus and got lucky with a draw. Only one team looked watchable.
I can only speak for us, I've not liked what I've seen and I'd change manager personally but we've really not had a Dover, Wealdstone, Weymouth, Aldershot, Barnet (no disrespect to them sides) yet at all.
It's a fair point, we've made heavy weather of all of them and I'm pretty certain that we're a midfielder short of a genuine push for top spot but in Roberts, Rodriguess, Lacey, Palmer and especially Wootton we've got a core of players that are L2 standard and the resources to spend on improvements so I wouldn't count us out. It's a long season this.

Wrexham are by no means the best team we've played this season. Pretty direct but short of guile. Why will you? What guarantee is there of that happening? Personally you look like what you are, an unbalanced team propped up by expensive flops like Tozer.

Congratulations. You have been initiated. You will slump to several lower lows before slowly crawling your way back at some point in the next 6 to 120 months. Can't wait to see how we'll lose on Saturday
Did you miss the part when he basically said we need a new manager and we’re rubbish.Weymouth have had us, Notts, Solihull, Borehamwood and Dagenham and they're only a point behind you so you can caveat your opinion with "no disrespect" all you want but to call them a pushover at this stage of the season is out of whack with what's gone on. Plenty of teams have had similarly tough starts to you and a few of them sit above you.
Proper job by the man in black tonight, must be an honorary BELT.Traditional Non league clubs are usually reffed out of it against proper ex-league clubs, just the way things are.
No, but focus on that then. Why try and pretend you've had this horrific start when in reality it isn't that much (or even any) tougher than plenty of other teams?Did you miss the part when he basically said we need a new manager and we’re rubbish.
Aye, the pull on Cawley was the clearest penalty you’ll ever see. Real enigmatic performance from the referee but ultimately he’s not responsible for the 3 goals we’ve conceded - first goal was well worked, the second and third ones will have Stu looking to rectify that in the training ground.
We deserved a point and Notts’ 4-2-4 (?) formation gave us the extra body in the midfield which really was paying dividends in the first half hour.
Great atmosphere in the away end, that 10 minute rendition of Stuart Maynard’s Blue and White Army despite being 3-1 down was awesome.
Couldn't believe The ref didn't send your man off for elbowing Rodriguess in the face in front of him. He played advantage then went over to him, said something like one more and you're off and let it go. 100% red, terrible reffing, they really are garbage.Aye, the pull on Cawley was the clearest penalty you’ll ever see. We’ve had a toughish start, four of our six opponents are in the current top 7 and we’ve played no one in the current bottom seven. No, but focus on that then. Why try and pretend you've had this horrific start when in reality it isn't that much tougher than plenty of other teams?
Entertaining game, felt a bit for Wealdstone, they probably feel they deserve a point and I wouldn't argue too far they didn't.
We won due to having enough class on the pitch but we are a centre midfielder short and until we get a solid grinder in there to help Palmer we'll not keep clean sheets .
Kyle Wootton is immense, every team in this division would want him for his overall contribution to games.
This Cal Roberts who is the second coming, is he the son of that ref tonight God Almighty.Touch wood, but he looks fine. Gets kicked to pieces every game as well. They reckon he had an underlying issue that was causing it all, finally found a specialist who diagnosed it properly, had an operation and has been sound since.
Equal worry is him getting sold in January, though. Hope we can say to him see out the season and we’ll sell him next summer, but he’s at least two leagues below where he should be.
I think he's as likely.to go the way of Patching if he doesn't man up, we were a man light in midfield all evening against a team who played well but will likely end up mid table.Vincent must be due a go soon. Think he’s more in the Palmer mould. Francis is going to be a player, I think, but feels a bit soon for him. Got a lovely pass on him, but not sure he’s mature enough to be playing that role yet.
He's not playing that well in truth, poor choices, greedy and looks like he's playing for a transfer but he keeps scoring goals. This Cal Roberts who is the second coming, is he the son of that ref tonight God Almighty.
Chesterfield and Notts are only two teams though. Weymouth as I said have had a tough start, so have us and Wrexham. I don't think Stocky's point was anything to do with Dagenham being the only team to look convincing but while we're on that, Dagenham didn't look particularly convincing against Kings Lynn from what I saw. What I took from Stocky's post was "ooh we've had the worst start." Which is well and truly up for debate, in my opinion. You're one of a handful of sides that have had tough starts. We’ve had a toughish start, four of our six opponents are in the current top 7 and we’ve played no one in the current bottom seven.
Chesterfield in particular and Notts to a certain extent have had more favourable fixtures that is just facts.
However, we’re massively underachieving and are nowhere near good enough and we’ll be playoffs at very best unless we upgrade our manager. I think the point Stocky was trying to make is that apart from Dagenham no team has been convincing so far and a couple of contenders wouldn’t be as high had they not had easy starts as they’ve been scraping past /dropping points against relegation fodder.
Weymouth aren’t contenders but I’d agree on you and Grimsby.Chesterfield and Notts are only two teams though. Weymouth as I said have had a tough start, so have us and Wrexham.
