Pretty happy with that considering our up and down form recently, congratulations to Brother Chesterfield on their sterling win.

Aldershot (and Boreham Wood, apparently )
Salford didn’t have to try very hard to take the points at the Rec today.I can’t remember their keeper being tested in any way.Shots were pathetic, lightweight and clueless. Now 10 points and goal difference adrift. Dead and buried. Miraculously, 1600 turned up to watch a team that has now gone 10 home games without a win; next home match, live on the telly. What a treat for you all...

Played ok, let in a goal on half time, continued to play ok without forcing opposition keeper into enough saves, lose.

Basically the same as most of our last 10 homd games we have failed to win

More dithering in the final third today. Fed up of us "playing well" and not scoring. Looking more and more like we are in a relegation battle.

What more is there to say. Hartlepool were there for the taking today and we couldn’t do it. There’s no fight left in the team or the fans.

We have some appalling players in our squad. Cousins, Reynolds, Alexander... wouldn’t bat an eyelid if they weren’t seen again. Reynolds in particular was terrible.

Hartlepool were the absolute definition of a lower mid table side. Should have been a straightforward home win but as always we insist that every attacking player needs to touch the ball when we attack so we just get crowded out over and over again. So laboured every game.

I don't know how we get out of this. We really need a proper centre forward and a CB on loan. As you said, Reynolds is atrocious - astonishing that he was a starting CB for a playoff team last season.

I’d take Reynolds and Alexander back in a heartbeat. So much better than what we have now!

The pair of them are NL South standard at best.

Alexander was terrible today. He gets the ball in great positions and then just doesn’t seem to know what to do next - so he ends up running into the centre of the pitch and getting crowded out or playing a simple sideways ball and we start over again. Really slows down play.

Reynolds was the worst player on the pitch and had been awful ever since the first FA Cup game vs Brentford and his TV feature. Think it’s all got to his head. He’s heart clearly isn’t in it here at Barnet and that’s going to be a problem when you’re also not good enough already.

What the fuck Still was thinking signing all of these donkeys I don’t know.

Quite some drop off in the attendance at the Racecourse yesterday, especially for a Saturday game with just over 3600 turning up!
