phew. hard work today
wind assisted goal each
halifax number 7 - a horrible little man

But a great player and one you'd have in your side in a heartbeat, horrible or not. Let's honest, you didn't notice him because he was horrible, he stood out because he was great. Same every week. :ds:

tbh yesterday he stood out mainly for his constant moaning after already being booked for dissent & the elbow to the head of our player + the goal we gifted him

Alexander was terrible today. He gets the ball in great positions and then just doesn’t seem to know what to do next - so he ends up running into the centre of the pitch and getting crowded out or playing a simple sideways ball and we start over again. Really slows down play.

Reynolds was the worst player on the pitch and had been awful ever since the first FA Cup game vs Brentford and his TV feature. Think it’s all got to his head. He’s heart clearly isn’t in it here at Barnet and that’s going to be a problem when you’re also not good enough already.

What the fuck Still was thinking signing all of these donkeys I don’t know.

To be fair, Alexander and Reynolds was half of the defence that got us consecutive 5th place finishes. Seems it hasnt worked for them but you can hardly say they were terrible signings on paper.

Bottom four look a little doomed now. We huffed and puffed for that win but in the conditions a good three points to keep up pressure. Elsewhere, I bet Barrow wish they had racked a few more points earlier in the season, they look like building a late play off push and some very commendable results of late.
Its going to be an interesting end of the season.

Who is your number 7, Nicky Clee?

Reynolds and che Alexander have been rubbish all season. Aldershot can have them back.
Che is so one footed, can't attack with the ball and just offers nothing. Reynolds is so wimpy, can't believe he is captain he has nothing about him. Can't pass has no aggression in his play. Useless. He needs to go at the end of the season. No wonder Dagenham are above us we massively helped them out in the summer taking that clown of a keeper cousins!

Aye, we had a spell in late September through October where we were knocked out the cup at the first attempt and had around 4 or 5 league defeats on the trot.

Still, to even say we've got a very minimal chance of reaching the playoffs at this stage especially after how awful last season was and having undergone a budget cut in the summer is a turnaround none of us were expecting.

We've just got a try and keep hold of Evatt, he'll be on the radar of a few clubs now.

Kosylo is a decent enough player at this level, and ive seen a few others too. Can believe Salford would want to sign him. BUT he is a little rat, aggressive started on players and fans when last i saw him. Given he is a midget and about 9 stone at best, i think he is asking for trouble and will never achieve his potential due to that little rat nature. Dont like him, but at NL level he has talent, he will not progress further as a professional .

From what I've heard, we really should have won that game. However, that's now three home games unbeaten, a rare clean sheet, Tarpey got another 90 minutes in the bag and we moved a point further clear of the drop zone.

Small crumbs but Chesterfield coming back to beat Havant has really done us a favour.

Another opportunity tomorrow with Harrogate coming to THL. Will be another desperately low crowd but if Tarpey can nick a goal, I think we'll be on to pick up at least another pointn giving us some breathing space.

He'll be in the Football League before all but 2 of the clubs here ever will. :ds:

Solihull fan complaining about the behaviour of other team’s players. I’ve literally heard it all now.

Wrexham man Master D whinging about anything, everything, all blind sighted causes as to why Wrexham have never attained promotion in 10 attempts. Yeah must be out fault. If there was any case for your playing tiki taka wonderful football and actually reffed or fouled out of promotion during your 500 games in this league then maybe, but even this season, where you are up there, its a one dimensional boring 1-0 Wrexham. If it works, obviously genius and justice if not just blame someone else.... lol... joker.:fish:

We've closed the terracing tonight so the cheapest walk up ticket is £22.00, so we could beat the "record" set last week against Halifax.

Will take a draw right now to continue limping back to the barn.

Why have you taken us Barnet fans being quite negative about our chances to heart? You’re referring to us in every other post you make at the moment.

Barnet beat Harrogate to go 7 points clear of safety, with THREE games in hand still.

Will it stop them whittling on about being relegated, I doubt it.

Nope, they're still going down.

You're right, what if they LOSE their THREE games in hand, then they'll only be SEVEN points clear of the relegation spots, with SEVEN games to play.

I'm praying for Barnet.

They could be 70 points clear with 7 games left to play but you'd still have to have them as firm favourites for relegation

And Master D thinks Daggers fans are the biggest drama queens....

As if Barnet ever had anything to worry about being on 42 points with 11 games to go. I can see Havant winning around 2 more games or so but struggling beyond that. Everyone else above them will win 2-3 more games at least I imagine so I can't see them pulling anybody into it.
