A very satisfying win, 4 shots on target 4 goals.
One pleasing thing is that when Woking came out 2nd half to press we got that important 3rd goal to kill the game off.
Top scorer Dennis was missing too.

Sounds like a typical story. Doing OK, fall behind and then go to pieces.

This team have hearts the size of peas.

Home win. Effiong scores 2. 1 a penalty. I feel faint. :)

Sutton must be really bad. Did not see us winning, let alone scoring tonight.

Oh and we have the best defense in the league, not bad considering last season!

won 2-0 at Dagenham - game was effectively over after 25 minutes as Daggers were never going to score 2 without Balanta (according to Daggers fans) - ripped them to pieces in the 1st half hour until Daggers changed their shape and tactics, could have been more but it's still 3 points. Daggers improved 2nd half - but the 1st half was a very low bar to beat...

2-2 away to the league leaders, I think any team would take that

Sounded a very open game first half, but County very much under the cosh in the second. Four points in four days from two of the longest away trips, very happy indeed

Good result for us after losing on Saturday. Didn't sound as easy as the score suggests but that's how it goes sometimes, tough on Woking.

We're back and deservedly so. Shambolic in first half, controlled the second. :ds:

Nice way to bounce back from a flat performance at the weekend. Real mismatch to be honest, felt we had plenty of gears tonight that we just didn’t need.

Fylde pretty decent.
Surely in a false position and if they can sort out their shooting boots they will be shooting up the league.
Happy with a point tonight.
Wonder goal from Josh Kelly lit up the evening.

Hope it was worth the wait chap

Sounds like another stunner from Enzio.

Genuinely can’t believe you’re only a couple of points above us. Well and truly dicked tonight. First goal was indeed a worldie.

I’m just glad we don’t have to go through that all again in the FA Cup.

This team have hearts the size of peas.

Didn't get going at all in the first half against the wind and Grant missed a couple of glorious chances for Wrexham. Young sat in front of the back four and nullified Whitfield in the hole.

We very rarely have 2 bad halves under Johnson though and were comfortably in control in the second half. Once Janneh came on and we went 442 we started to pull them apart and should have scored a couple more really (hit the woodwork a couple of times).

Wrexham worked hard and were reasonably solid but just lacked any inspiration. Chambers looked decent at centre half and dealt with Reid well. Cracking effort to have 132 fans there on a Tuesday night

Barrow are good. We definitely signed the wrong Quigley. Scott terrorised our defence all night. Providing Barrow keep hold of Evatt, they'll be top 7 comfortably.

Without Balanta, we are a very average side.

We 've been steadily improving since early September. Take away the first seven games and we've been top six form since with the odd high profile defeat that's hidden that Ardley has put a strong squad together and a very strong defence.

Reece Grant doesn't seem to be featuring too much for you. Is he not rated by Taylor? Looking like an embarrassing decision to sell him now. Unless we got a big fee, which I doubt we did.

Grant is crap, how we paid money for him I’ll never know. Still better than Quigley (the shit one) but never gets a game in front of him.

Without Balanta we’re not even average we’re botttom four. Hope we keep losing just to see Taylor shown the door.

That defence that played tonight is far too good for this level, that we’ve got the best defensive record even though we’ve barely been able to play them together due to injuries is very promising.

I think we'd have stayed up with that back four last season.

Notts County went in dry on us tonight, enormous gulf in class.

Good to see a Dover home win , our first since early August against Wrexham. although aided by some iffy defending by Eastleigh in the first half, on the whole a good dogged performance by the whites for the deserved win and we really should have scored more, still stung by a massive injure list which could have been extended tonight

Sounds like we were hit by injuries tonight. If our two main defenders are out for any length of time we might struggle. Shame as we've been very good for the past couple of months now.

Even though we’ve won the last 3, our trip to Notts at the weekend is looking like a very tough game.

Don’t worry you’ve only got Sutton at the weekend

Don't let any of this positivity creep onto NCM lads. The defence is indeed the big difference, last season a sieve this season bar set plays solid as. Hopefully, we are fast improving on defending corners and attacking free kicks.

Plus from what I've seen and been told we are playing some lovely football on the floor, possession football with clear passages of play and triangles that have been worked on.

It's been quite a few seasons since I can say that about us.

Biggest worry other than injuries if we keep on improving and climbing the league we will no doubt be on TV again and lose... As always.

Looks like the two long trips in four days have definitely taken their toll. Four injuries picked up over the stint and despite the good win tonight we sounded knackered towards the end. It will be good to get another 3 points on Saturday against struggling Sutton and then head into two weeks without a game where we will hopefully get a few back.
