Sounds just like us when we were relegated from League Two under Micky Adams. Chairmen often think throwing money at a struggling team is the answer, but the lack of continuity and team spirit often makes things worse.Almost an entirely new team of players over a very short period of time. No continuity, constantly changing both personnel and formation. New players have no affinity with the club, each other or the fans = no team spirit.
It's like preseason all over again. The football is awful to watch and the results are worse than before the change. There is no upside to this at the moment, and no sign of making the step up necessary to be competitive in this league.
All costing an absolute fortune which brings concerns we've not had in the past.
